I live in this area and their are several homes of this nature that date way back. They are homes of the orchard growers of early Orange County and are haciendas' to the max. In the late 60's I worked for a contractor that demolised (YIKES) The Boyer house that was at the corner of Tustin and First Street. The Boyers' sold their home and farm equipment at auction in Iowa in 1908 and built that home in the early part of that century around 1910.

Very cool. That wine cellar is a re-creation of a church crypt those partitions where they keep the wine usually holds coffins in a crypt. Very very cool

I’m not sure, it was removed decades ago by a different owner
