Pretty but extremely small kitchen. The rest is nice. I don’t like the master bedroom where it is either. The wood doors, ceiling beams are really nice.

I don’t know, I love some of the original mission-style character but the kitchen and the bathroom off of the primary bedroom look like two completely different houses. I think they need to strip a lot of what the previous owner put in, celebrate the original features and take it further with some contemporary/modern furnishing that isn’t too stylish. That wood burning fireplace was heinous.

A lot of money pissed away on this house. Space allocation is not good and the house is too dark.

You can't get anything close to that house in the beach area of Los Angeles for that price. Manhattan, Hermosa and Redondo Beach that house would be $2.5 million with the amount of property it has. The South Bay has become an overpriced mess, Ventura County area is where you'll find the better deals
