I love these houses. I have no interest in the enormous, $30m+ houses other channels focus on. These really feel like homes.

If I were going to buy an older home, it would have to be all original. No remodeled kitchens, bathrooms, or fireplaces.

If I were to buy that house the first thing I would do is rip out all that dark marble and probably completely redo that coffin looking bathroom, all that dark tile combined with no natural light, and the small space would be a little claustrophobia inducing

That kitchen proves that money and taste are not the same ....home is very nice but decor is hideous
