Yeah, thats interesting. Poland is often considered intolerant, many people are sceptical about Muslim people, but all people I know and myself love Asians, as they are peaceful, work hard and make no troubles. Such immigrants are most welcome 😁

We had a tradition at school that before the All Saints Day we went to the old and forgotten graves /graves yard to clean them and to leave some candles . There are quite a lot of them in Poland because of the difficult wars time.

if you're coming to Poland one thing to remember is you're in Poland, not in your country and that applies for everyone, wherever you came from, you're at our playground, you play by our rules ,if you're not sure about something better ask than do something wrong, if we see you trying to assimilate we'll gladly help you, trying to do stuff your way is a no no
Graffiti is a problem in Poland. Someone will paint a building and in a few days some idiot will tag it.

5:46 IT'S SO UNTRUE! We do not value societal order over personal freedom! In fact family is probably the only thing that we value higher over personal freedom. We are not communist and we will never be. Thats why communist failed in Poland. We cannot be bend to any ideology because of our urge for freedom. Because everyone elbowed each other out to the sides, we had to learn how to live with each other and we have this deeply rooted in society and we don't need to limit our freedom for this. I guess there's simply not as much evil in us as in some nations. We don't need to have a sign on a bottle saying "don't throw at people" so that we don't do it. So thats why our society work as if it is an asian country but the reason for that is not govermental planning but generations of inside conflicts that molded our nation into compromise.

Budka Suflera is a great band from my beautiful hometown Lublin. One of the old crew members was my neighbour. When „Jolka Jolka” was realised I was 11 years old. I like a lot of their songs, but my Spanish husband appreciates “Dmuchawce latawce wiatr” the most.

zi - zignorować (to ignore (once)). 'z' is then a prefix for verb, and makes the continouos verb - a perfective verb.

1:30 These are the ruins of the castle in Olsztyn (Olsztyn near Częstochowa, not to be confused with Olsztyn in the northern part of the country). It is made of white limestone rocks. 3:38 Anti-communist dwarves are symbols of the anti-communist protests of Waldemar Frydrych, a resident of Wrocław, who protested dressed as an orange dwarf.
