I have a hard time with sprouted chickpeas… I really don’t find they taste good 😢 I love sprouted lentils but chickpeas is way too beanny to me (raw bean taste)

1/2 Wild Violet flowers ( petals only) 3 sprigs flowers lavender 2 cups hot water Add flowers to a heat safe jar or bowl Cover with hot water ( almost boiling) Let steep overnight, then strain out flowers, add sweetener of choice to taste ( I like agave nectar) add enough water to make 1 gallon of tea, serve hot or cold, store in the refrigerator up to 5 days .

Recipe 7 plain rice cakes 2 scoops vanilla or strawberry protein powder 2 tablespoons cashew powder 1 teaspoon beetroot powder ( optional for color) 2 cups chopped strawberries 2 cups dairy free yogurt 1/3 cup freeze dried strawberries 1/3 cup protein puffs or your favorite cereal Mix together yogurt, powders and strawberries, top rice cakes with yogurt mixture , freeze dried strawberries and protein puffs, freeze for 1 hour and enjoy!

Thanks for your comment! Yes it is true that too much protein may be detrimental, but having enough protein is important. All of my meals in this video have a balanced amount and are in the “ higher” range for a plant based diet. For the Cannellini Bean Cassoulet 1 Cup sliced onions 2 cups sliced mushrooms 1 &1/2 cans cannellini beans drained 1 cup vegetable stock Add onions and mushrooms to medium hot skillet and cook, stirring occasionally until brown and caramelized, about 1-15 minutes, add veggie stock and beans and cook until well heated, about an additional 5 minutes I served this with a squeeze of fresh lime, chopped cilantro and the crispy beans ❤ Let me know if you try it

For the crispy cannellini beans 1/2 can cannellini beans drained well 1/2 teaspoon each salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika Just mix together and either air fry at 400 for 5-7 minutes, or place on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet and bake at 425 for 10-15 minutes, they will turn golden brown and “pop” open

For the poblano sauce 1 poblano pepper 1 Serrano pepper 1 clove garlic 1/2 cup soaked cashews 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon cumin Roast peppers over high heat until charred, carefully place them in a covered dish until cool enough to handle ( about 5-10 minutes) while they cook , soak your cashews in warm water. When cool enough to handle, peel the skin from the peppers and remove the seeds, add them to a blender with the soaked and drained cashews, garlic, salt & cumin and blend until smooth.

3 Cups Leafy greens, I used kale 3 Carrots 2 Large Celery Stalks 1 Apple 1 Small piece of Turmeric 1 Pinch of black pepper (This helps with turmeric compounds absorption ) This is a basic recipe, any of your favorite fruits or greens would be a delicious addition! Let me know if you try it! ❤

2 apples ( your favorite kind). 1 teaspoons natural peanut butter 2 tablespoons Powdered peanut butter ( or cashew) 1 scoop protein powder Melted dark & white chocolate Hemp seeds to top. Only 50 calories a piece and 5 grams of protein 😍
