been playing this like ~15+ years ago, tried again ~3years ago, still was hooked for half year :D. Sadly, most of private servers are russian p2w shit now. Best was c3/c6 low/mid rate servers. TL is complete garbo compared to l2 c3/c6, even though i spent ~400h alr on it for some reason. TL is like single player game, people around feels like npc, no sit down shops or anything, pvp is completely meaningless... Remember L2 when world chat spamming "karma dion" :D

Even before Throne and Liberty Global Launch, Amazon Game Services nerfed all drops across the game to push players to spend lucent in the auction house to get the gear they wanted. Throne and Liberty is completely destroyed due to AGS greediness. The F2P players can not get the gear they need due to nerfed drops and the P2W whales just spend money to get lucent and buy everything at auction house. F2P players are the mobs provided by AGS to feed the P2W players during the PvP events. Throne and Liberty is a badly designed game but AGS make it even worse. Another New World and Lost Ark failure...

I regret spending money in this game.

It's Amazon Games, during early access EU, when servers were crashing every 5 min, i said in their Discord official channel: "Amazon is testing how much server resources to allocate so that they spend the minimum amount of money for a TOLERABLE server performance" I got insta banned from the official discord... Just shows how much Amazon cares about players... All they care about it profits. You can see their shit server performance even now. I havent spent a dime on this game ( the game itself is beautiful and dungeons are pretty fun ) but the server performance combined with shit pvp mechanics ( 1 shot rock paper scissors builds etc.) is horrible

The droprate of fragments isn't supposed to be like that easy, it's just that during haunted harvest they said that they increased it's droprate for a certain time, it's in the patch note you can check it.

I have been playing since launch and I run all world boss and arch boss events I've got maxed out gear runes and all im 3908 cp not once since I have been playing this game have i gotten a world or arch boss drop of any kind ive also not once gotten the selection chest every world or arch boss I take steps to make sure i can do the max amount of dmg still no drops

I loved the Throne and cashlavery but ran away after 3000 GS. F that! It's not even that the game is P2W (I play BDO) it's that it's super restricted for free to play players or even low-paying players. It's a purely whales games. When I realized that, I ran away and only looked back to see how bad it gets. I would only regret if I kept playing that.

so drop system for other world bosses is very different, prob thats why they couldnt fix drop :D. Same applies to drops in general, micro management is real in this game

After i saw a guild leader of a top guild on my server teleporting hacking and getting 100% every Queen egg against +20 players, and that same player is still playing, didnt matter what hour it was, 1AM or 1PM, this player farmed everytime the event was on. 8 fragments each event x8 a day, for a 2 months.. Im done with the game. I got 1 fragment since game launch, thats it. This game died in Korea for a reason, at this point is just milking the western audiance until its over.

even if this is true, all i know is everyone is killable even if they wear those 5k usd weapon. the hardest part here is if they encounter a guild that prioritizes arch weap user they won't be able to play because their gonna be focusing you. Everyones aware who got arch weap in your server specially if you're in a top guild. Doesn't matter if you have arch weap or not unlike other mmo where if you invested 5k usd + you're basically unkillable.

Well, I can believe it. Avtivision manipulates the game to keep players engaged allegedly. Theres proof they manipulate the game. Player retention is, well, false. But, they making more money then ever somehow. How about during covid when demand for things went down. But the federal government, confirmed in court in 2021 that, they did in fact, create fake demand, to drive prices up. I believe corporations, no longer care about the consumer. Only profits.
