Sometimes you feel challenged by circumstances, leaving you stressed and worried.
You don't want to be in a certain situation or feeling, so you start fighting it. Trying to figure out how you can change it as soon as possible. Your mindset is about; This is wrong, it should be like so and so... However, this very mindset creates resistance, which is not helpful at all.
The key to improvement lies in acceptance of the moment.
Acceptance does not mean you don't want change. Acceptance is not apathy either.
It just means you create the right energetic frequency that matches the desired outcome.
