Hi, best wishes for having become mother. Just a question: did this exercise relieved yourself from pain during pregnancy? I'm asking this because my cousin is pregnant too and she is living pregnancy not so good, so i would like to try this exercise.

I just subscribed to your channel. I have that Pilates Bar purple just like that. I got mine on Temu app. Listen ten dollars about $6. I absolutely love it. I can't do the kneeling workouts because it hurts my knees. But I do what you're doing standing up. I even use mine laying back in my recliner. It works anyway you want to use it. Thank you for your videos looking forward to seeing more. . By the way this is the best thing I think they ever made.

my legs and glutes have always been the strongest parts of me - i'm quad-dominant in just about every workout i do so i've been trying to work on my arms with the pilates pole i've just purchased to help strengthen my core too. this was a great workout! my arms are on fire after this 😆 i will be coming back to this exercise regularly! thank you!

I loved the video and the exercise, the only thing is that it was challenging to find the position of the bar that fast, it was my first time with this equipment and it was hard to keep up with the position adjustments before the exercises began

Great question! You can activate your PF (imagine you’re pulling up) when you exhale (specially if you’re suffering with incontinence). From 36 weeks I encourage you to relax your PF during the breathing as a preparation for the birth Hope it got a little bit more clear. Please, feel free to do more questions and have a fantastic birth time! X

The best thing would be a firm surface to perform exercises, if your mattress is orthopedic (hard ), yes, it's no problem to perform exercises lying down in bed! Hope you’re feeling better and having a great recovery ❤️🩹🥰🙏🏼
