Beginner here XD Will try this out on my first project which is a crochet hook case. I looked up alot of tutorials on it and decided to modify the stitches coz I wanted it to look neat. Thanks for the tutorial!

Thanks, I’m trying to find videos of various stitches. I’m just learning and am currently working on SC (U.S.). I’m doing well with it and have a blanket started with SC (about 60”x15) so far. When I get back from vacation, I’ll start learning a new stitch. I’m thinking either the DC or the Tunisian Crochet. Eventually I’ll know several stitches to make neat patterns.

I love this sweater but I am struggling so hard to make it? I'm using 100% cotton yarn. Could that be my issue?

Very cool! I make these hot pads all the time and give them away to friends. It will be fun to use a different stitch. Thanks! You make great videos btw. Happy Holidays.

I’ve been trying to figure out the medium size. I believe there is an error in the written pattern. (I have the paid version). First, on the small size the pattern states you should have 2 sts total so far for round 15 (armholes) and you say 3 in the video. Second, for medium size on the armholes the second armhole ends up not matching up with the other side. It’s off by 2. Is that how it is supposed to be or should there be 6 sts on each side before the arm hole begins?

When starting the large back flap part I have redone it multiple times and re counted but keep ending with 80 instead of 90 stitches!! Am I doing something wrong or should it be 80? I am going nuts

Hi how many would you chain for a baby blanket? Thanks
@HeartHookHome15 күн бұрын
It would depend on the hook and yarn size, but if your gauge was 7 star stitch in 4", then starting with 129 chains should get you a blanket about 36" wide.

Looove these ! But I did the exact rows you did in the video and it's just a tad bit too loose on my foot. I wear a size 4-5 shoe ...do u have a suggestion or pattern on how to make this just a bit smaller ? Or even in little kids size ?

I do have a chunky slipper pattern that doubles as a kids ballet slipper by using worsted weight yarn instead of the chunky...it can be found here: hearthookhome.com/chunky-ballet-slippers-and-kids-slippers-crochet-pattern/
