The gun defense only works against an untrained assailant. In my training I learned to be outside the span of reach of the person I’m holding the gun on.

I used a stick that I had to get from some debris next to a dumpster at my local Taco Bell when I was getting a large selection of local Mexican food recently. While walking casually to my mom’s car from the restaurant, I encountered some local tuffs. They made some off color comments about my girlfriend in Greenland and I warned them that I was a trained Bo Staff cage fighter. As many of you know, if you warn those (seeking to challenge you without provocation) that you are a trained Bo Staff Fighter, you are not legally bound by conventional combat standards. The law is on your side. So anyways, I says to the Leader of the local tuffs “Hey man, do you want some trouble?” He looked confused probably because of his Mexican heritage. He said “Hey motherfucker you probably want to take that bag of food and get on your way home.” Since I detected a strong accent I felt it was appropriate establish the line he should not want to cross and began to stretch for what I figured was contact. I woke up a week or so later at Memorial Ignatiouramus hospital having spent the last several days in the proctoarboraium intensive care area. My blood type went from O+ to “Propofol” during my stay. I thought that only could happen with a bone marrow transplant but you learn something new every day I suppose. Any way, fuck this course. Take some real self defense training. Learn how to shut the fuck up be respectful of others and leave the mop in the closet until there is a spill to clean up.

You didn't protect your face throughout. While it is just a workout, you should instruct your watchers that their face always needs to be protected.

Impressive I just wish I could have had studied that type of thing when I was in my karate class it's actually pretty cool when you're loading stuff like that it's very amazing when you're learning things like that I just wish I could have stayed in my original karate class a long time ago sometimes you do need to learn how to use a weapon to defend yourself it's okay to use your arms your legs and your fists sometimes you got to arm yourself it's a situation calls for it 🥋🙏😌🙏🥋
