I got pulled over by a New York State trooper he took my license plate he said my plates from registration was expired My light My insurance was no good My insurance don't run out until 2026 and my registration Don't run out till 1:25 he said it was expired I had insurance lapse so when I called the insurance call me they said I didn't have an insurance lapse The ticket I still had the ticket I still go to court I have to go to court still for it I was driving with no license My license was suspended for child support My boss asked me to drive to pick up home I drove it home and the trooper pulled out and followed me and ran the plate and pulled me over

EZ-PASS is a horrendous scam with every licensed driver in the Tri-State as their victims. I want to take EZ Pass to court and put their call in phone service on cross examination. The entire cross examination will consist of staying on hold for anywhere between 2-8 hours before someone answers the call. The judge will have to recess court 2-3 times before the witness examination is thoroughly completed.

I had almost the same problem. I got rear ended. My vehicle was declared total lost I file a lawsuit. It was my first vehicle so I didn't know I had to returned the plates. I got my license suspended for 90 days. In my mind I said you know what I'm gonna wait for the lawsuit money then buy another vehicle so 3 years later. By the way I pay the DMV fees for the license suspension got my license back. So 3 years after I got the lawsuit money I went to a dealership to get a vehicle even tho I had all the money paying everything cash the problem now no insurance company wants to insure me because of the DMV records. Someone told me get a insurance broker but I can't find no information about that.

Are you able to help out with NJ? They’re claiming I have over $4500 in unpaid tolls, i’ve tried calling, emailing, faxing, talking to their robot, disputing, everything i possibly can. There’s a toll road I take to work every day and every single time I pay the cashier it dings me for being unpaid. Even when it says Paid on the screen. I’m not really sure what to do here. I have 3 DWI's.....1997, 1998 and last in 2006.....I received that last one on 8/21/2006....I haven't drank since that day. I applied in June of 2012 to get my license back but for the next 5 months I kept getting a response of "pending" ....finally in December of 2012, I received a notice that I had and additional; 5 year suspension, $750 additional fine and had to have an ignition switch installed to get license back.....I waited out the 5 year suspension and paid the additional fine but since I don't own a car, how can I get my license back? I have been told b friends and neighbors that I can have use of their cars for errands till I can afford to buy a car.....help!!

Last year May 12, ‘23 1 AM no cars at all on LIE I got pulled over by Hwy 3 off of the Cross Island this officer gave me 3 tickets!!!! 1 for 98 mph and 106 mph both on 55mph 🙄 it’s STUPID.
