Finally! I've been waiting for this. You two opened my eyes to the idea that my wife and I can pursue our dream of real estate investing. We've been married for nearly 25 years and still haven't started because of financial constraints. But watching you two work together makes it seems possible for us. @@DevariusSimmons-yx5pi I pay for a service. Don’t go cheap on skip tracing. On west coast i’ve found Property radar to have accurate numbers. Other than that I use a provider who actually calls all the numbers first to make sure they’re valid, then hands em off. Pretty expensive tho

I really want to sign up but me and my wife are trying to save up capital before reaching out. Hope there are more seasons coming soon and eventually flip like the Polites ( Minus the houses with burn damage --that looked stressful lol).
