Just my two cents - I feel like some of those contractors be trying to sabotage, on the low. I saw one episode when Chris and his team forgot to put a cap on the chimney, and it rained and damaged the dry walls. When you guys called about it - he was very defensive and cursed on the phone. I thought that was very unprofessional because HE was the one that messed up.
