Is it possible to carry this like a backpack just like the small version with the side loops and stuff?

hi, showing us an easy way to refold/repack the bag would be very useful.

Wow! Just wow! The little detail about the 2 mm tiny screw adjustment saved me!! I got exactly that issue (with the left brake pad!) and it was driving me crazy! Thanks 🙏 Video saved in my Brompton playlist and subscribed 😊👌

Nice simple clear video steps, very helpful indeed for newbie and now I know how. *But wonder does the brake need to be adjusted after the rear wheel change?

I don't like my locking bolts being able to be fully unscrewed! I have lost one in the growth in a wood, and luckily I was able to find it again, so that I could ride home again!! So the ones I use now are two black, large wheels with a Security bolt in the end, making it impossible to remove them fully from the frame. I don't use my B&W box that much and I also have a soft B&W bag for transport. In Denmark Bromptons are delivered with a seat post for grown people, 600mm! Finn. Denmark

Just want to say a big thank you for your videos. I got my 2nd puncture in almost three years of riding a Brompton to commute , first puncture on the rear wheel. The video definitely helped as I haven't done this before on this make of bike. Keep up the good work!

It will most likely be necessary to deflate the tyre to allow it to pass through the brake blocks.

Should it not be fixed to the back of the handlebars, like the 1L Metro pouch? Then it wouldn't be in the way of the gear cables.

Why don’y you show how to put the bike in that position!

A great video about the bag. I currently have the large version. I agree it is far too big for leisure riding. I am considering to buy either this smaller version or one of the Vincita bags.

I'm looking for a bike cover for home when my Brompton is stored indoors. I really don't like this one - seems like there should be something higher quality out there, but I'm just not finding it. Ideas anyone?

Hi thanks for the great video, and it was very helpful for me to choose my next bag for my Brompton. Do you think an adult helmet can fit into the bag? I take trains to go places to places, and I have to keep my helmet in my bag in trains. Your reply would be appreciated.
@RidingTheLongWayHome Жыл бұрын
Thanks for this. But I amazed you can get it on do easily because I feel it is a terrible design which has prioritised folding up small over actually fitting on the bike. (I've had mine over a year and taken many train journies with it

I have this case. In fact I bought it from you but since then they’ve a TSA approved version of the case so what did you mean by TSA approved keys? How does the TSA handle the bag without the sentry lock?
@TinyWheelsTH Жыл бұрын
The TSA version just permit international security authority to open your bag if the need arises.

I have this bag and it’s well made and easy to open and close. The only irritating thing is that the straps and buckles make noise when you are riding. It’s not practical to detach em every time and there’s no obvious way to fix the straps so they don’t clatter against the stem
@TinyWheelsTH2 жыл бұрын
Yes I think the old school Plastic clip work the best in the real world. Very sturdy, low noise, low weight! Or maybe magnet, but the the plastic that cover magnet will deteriorate pretty quick. But you got to make the bag look good too I guess haha.
@MisterAndyS Жыл бұрын
Same complaint. But, I learned from this video that the rings holding the strap on are split rings. I had no clue. I don't need it, and have now removed it.

My front brakes are activating when I turn my front wheels left or right. How do I troubleshoot this?
@TinyWheelsTH2 жыл бұрын
Maybe the cable is too short? Maybe you don't have cable stopper if your bike does not have a mudguard.

I was in your shop 31/05/22 near National Stadium. My Thai is limited so another customer/friend helped out. I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with your shop especially the staff you have working there. He is very welcoming, friendly and eager to solve your problem. There is a very nice atmosphere. I will come back again because of him 🙂. I recommend all Brompton cyclists to visit this shop. Thank you for having such a great Brompton shop in Bangkok.

After a bike clash, my rack was blent that the right rear wheel never able to reach the ground again. Like on I found the one of screw connecting the rear rack leg is losen. Is that possible to blent it back to a normal condition? Thanks a lot!

You can try. But the rack is made from aluminium not steel and aluminium doesn't bend as well

That model you are showing looks more like the Explorer Rolltop bag, am I correct? It comes with the magnet locks for the rear pockets, instead of the more cumbersome press buttons of the Borough.
@TinyWheelsTH2 жыл бұрын
Yes but they are pretty much the same, just the magnet at the back is the real different
@teresmajor79562 жыл бұрын
Good bag, but a bag this large, should have been a backpack. Not a shoulder bag. Especially when you carry your 10kg+ bike on your other hand. Also, hate that front clip.
@TinyWheelsTH2 жыл бұрын
Agreed.. Great points. Definitely too big for a shoulder bag. Front clip is not as easy to use as a normal plastic clip for sure.

🙏Thank you so much. I bought a B75 and purchased mudguards for front and rear. The stays did not come with bolts or nuts to attach to frame. Your video ( drive side bolt goes outward ) was great instructions. I will buy stainless steel bolts washers and locknuts. Thanks again
