Great video,,,, Anytime you have carbon buildup in the ring pack check the PCV System or just replace the PCV Valve and hook your HVAC Manometer to the Dipstick Tube and test drive. You want to see 1 to 3 inHg in the Crankcase at all times. Honda has theirs detuned and is why they have this problem. You can run syn oil to go around the problem but more vacuum is needed to pull the bubble of Blowby away from the Ring Pack and correct this problem. Acura/Honda only run -.3 to -.8inH2O and this is too low for good PCV function. Toyota and Nissan also run this low vac to avoid running a Catch Can and draining it every other month. Look at the varnish buildup that darken the closer you get to the Ring Pack/Pistons. The engine should be cleaner on the inside than the outside.

Currently trying to do exactly this, becaus WOL isn't reliable on my windows 10 & linux (fedora machine). Sometimes it just gets "stuck" (machine is powered but boot doesn't end) and since the machines are headless and remote located, i need to have a possibility to "remote hard reset" which could be triggered via ssh. This is what i'm thinking of and i hope i understand the HW part of relays good enough without killing either my PCs nor the raspy :) well done

Think i need that tool i have 63 .47 control module voltage frequency on generator line high and fault high line high alternator out and in truck i was told ther is common wire issues at alternator shop i have manual im getting a bunch of other issues like turbo boost pegging egt and fuel rail reading all high but belive there phantoms no issues other than wrench code and derates what does ripple test check is it testing frequency my brothers got 3rd gen shop i just bought one but not expert but high level of general shop never went schools for it my neck hurts at moment and busy with other work so havent got dump in shop yet f750 19 diesel

But since I performed this repair, the light for traction control is illuminated traction control still works but light is on I’m not sure what to do. Do you have any thoughts?. You can turn it on and off power steering is fine and I just got an alignment, but yet the light is on I’m not sure what to do. Do you have any thoughts?

So, I looked online to see if Honda sold the piston groove cleaner tool and ring compressors. Could not find that way. So did you buy them at the parts counter, and they ordered them for you. Would rather buy a good set than a cheap set and have problems with the tools. I'm replacing the rings on cylinder's 1,2, and 3 on my 2016 Honda Odyssey because of the VCM problem. Has only 118,000 miles on it. If you have some suggestions on where I can find these Honda tools that would great. thanks

I always chuckle when I see a mechanic ooohhhing and ooowwing all while they have a lift along with the best tools money can buy while I'm doing the same jobs in my driveway using Jack and Jack stands but the worst part is I'm in the rust belt. If i were west or south with a lift I'd be laughing at every bolt i bust loose. Yall west coast and down south mechanics got it easy. I couldn't drop an exhaust without a hackzall or torch, not a chance on a car over 5-7 yrs old

I would like to ask you I have a toyota matrix 2010 and I replaced the charcoal canister assy, which includes the vent solenoid and leak det. pump. The codes I had went away but after a few days and filling the car with fuel the cel came on with new codes p043,p043f,p2401,p2402,p2419. the unit I bought was brand new from toyota canada,its cost me $375. 2 years ago. One thing I noticed after changing the part is that when I go to fuel the car the fuel nozzle keeps shuting off after maybe 15 seconds, then I have hold the fuel nozzle on again and it shuts off like its a full tank but it is not! any suggestions, could the vent solenoid be stuck closed? Got my 2009 Tsx on limp mode. Doesn't rev higher than 3000rpm. Check engine light blinking. Changed out the coils and spark plugs. Only 1 spark plug looked wet the rest were okay. Don't know what to do.
