Correct me if im wrong, but if i dont have a use for it, and i wanna get it only to pay for gamepass ultimate, will my credit go up? Aslong as i pay on time ofc.

This information is good but a little bit misleading your FICO score Is all three of your scores technically minus your highest and your lowest so it’s whatever the middle score - this should be told when you make videos like this

I'm in my late 30s, only have a 3 month credit history with a secured card, but want to increase my total credit limit.. what should I go for?? Long term I'd like to have 2 to 3 personal and 1 for my business..

I have this card. Two weeks after getting it, i lost my day job. My utilization is a little high currently owing $250 out of a $500 limit. Of course i will always make my payment on time (i still have side hustle income coming in) and hope to be back at work no later than February. So far the time being i stopped using it. I did not have an annual fee, but they take out like 9 bucks a month for the monthly fee. This means making minimum payments, if you have a balance, is fairly pointless as the fees and interest will eat up most of your payment. Right now, with just owing $250 if i make just minimum payments, it would take 13 months to pay off. So im giving them $80 a month until i can start getting a stable income again, and will pay off the balances in full every month from that point forward. I do already have 3 secured cards (amazon prime store card, US bank, and capital one platinum) and im keeping my fingers crossed i can go unsecured card on these soon. I also have the Reflex ($750), aspire ($1000), imagine ($1000), credit one 5x platinum ($600), first premier ($300), revvi ($300), onemain brightway ($750). My credit score has taken a big hit lately after 10 hard inquires and opening so many new accounts lowered my overall credit age and not having a steady income has caused me to carry balances, but the good news is that once I start working again im going to spend at least 80% of my first paychecks getting each balance down to 0. Once that happens, I plan on using them smartly. The best card I have is credit one 5x, which gives me cash back on gas, groceries, ect, and even though the annual fee is $95, i will earn more on rewards than fee's so it'll equal out. Anyways, for long term my goal is to get my score up to over 730 and then i can start to slowly close each low limit, high fee cards as I get approved for high limit, high rewards, low fee cards. The banks are making a small fortune off me by charging insane fees, but its the price im willing to pay to grow some positive credit history as i have medical collections, prior card chargeoff's and old student loans on my report i am trying to also adress.

I had to know for myself so my last two billing cycles i had my balance report at zero and my scores went up slightly. This past cycle i let 4% of my total limit get reported and my scores dropped by 3 points. By the way, these are my vantage 3.0 scores, my fico scores never flinched.

Citi gave me a world-elite executive card and between my other bank cards of Chase sapphire reserve, capital one venture x, Amex platinum, Delta reserve, Hilton Aspire my Citi world-elite executive gave me far more of a limit than the others'. I did have both a personal and business checking account plus 2-authorized user tradelines prior to applying for the world-elite card. Currently, in the process of now growing my business credit cards from 2-Amex amazon & blue cards to Chase, US bank, Citi, Pnc, FCB, Amex, NFCU...plus blocs=business line of credit with all 7 banks as I have accounts with all 7 banks

30K CL is insane. I was prequalify for Blue Cash Everyday but got the NFCU More Rewards with 30 CL that I build up after two years.
@derrickgentle71745 күн бұрын
I have the More Rewards by NFCU with 30K CL. The AMEX Green is similar to this card but they have a $150 annual fee and the Blue Cash Everyday doesn’t have the 3X on restaurant and food delivery like the More Rewards and AMEX Blue Cash Everyday is cap at 3,000, the More Rewards is unlimited plus the More Rewards has a higher offer bonus of $300.

Our most expressive budget is our groceries. We are retired and only spend maybe $50 a month on gas for our car. We currently use our Costco Citicard for all our spending, groceries and gas. What would be the best grocery credit card for us spending an average of $1200 a moth on groceries?

I work in nightlife, and we refuse to take these cards because without the full number on the card, we have a very hard time fighting chargebacks. We also refuse to do tap to pay and apple pay. A lot of businesses are starting to do this because of charge backs.

I recently obtained a new credit card that has a nice rebate associated with purchases. Being a new card, however, it has a low credit limit. I have been buying a lot of stuff recently, so I have been paying off the card "early" to make sure that I don't exceed my credit limit and to free up "available credit" on the card. I always pay my card off completely before the due date. Hopefully, once I have had the card for a while , they will raise my credit limit so I don't have to play these games. My preference is to simply pay the card off completely once per month. I have excellent credit so hopefully they will take that into account.

Amazing video, A friend of mine referred me to a financial adviser sometime ago and we got talking about investment and money. I started investing with $120k and in the first 2 months , my portfolio was reading $274,800. Crazy right!, I decided to reinvest my profit and gets more interesting. For over a year we have been working together making consistent profit just bought my second home 2 weeks ago and care for my family.

I’ve been forced to find additional sources of income as I got retrenched. I barely have time to continue trading and watch my investments since I had my second daughter. Do you think I should take a break for a while from the market and focus on other things or return whenever I have free time or is it a continuous process? Thanks.

i applied for and was approved for 7 different cards within my first 3 months of having credit... then applied for and was approved for a car loan for $20k at about the end of month three... two of the credit cards just raised my credit limits without me even asking also... my credit score is going up fast now because i use all my accounts and every month im making seven or eight on time payments instead of just one, and in a few years ill have seven or eight accounts of that age instead of just one which will massively help my average account age when i open new accounts later... i use all of the cards regularly, i put pretty much all mu purchases on the cards now and spreading it out also helps keep utilization low... theres a lot of advantages to getting a lot early... just dont run them up and not be able to pay them off every month.... but yeah... not an issue for me... i do have a very high income considering my credit history and score... was ZERO three months ago... was 614 when i got my first card... now its about 650 last time i checked... my payment history is perfect 100%, my utilization is low because i always pay it off before statement date... and i have nothing derogutory or negative besides the short history and hard inquiries
