You are a real jerk man. Once again purposely lying about the background and purpose of the mikan drill. Why does everyone try and rely on trolling and controversy. I really like the drills you have but stop being so nasty and hateful
@askholiaСағат бұрын
tell me if I'm wrong, but is part of it how KD moves? Like he is much more nimble and fast on his feet than most big guys. Like he doesn't plant his feet, it's like he angles each step to prepare for the step after that. It is eerie.
@askholiaСағат бұрын
I don't understand at all how he did that. I mean, that is some body control. I hate Kyrie's personality, but the man is amazing at ball for sure.

This is definitely a top 10 or maybe top 5 play from kyrie, Kawhi literally palmed the ball and with the right mid air adjustment Kai still made it, I’d have emotional damage if I was the defender

Just practicing layups from a spot. Works well for touch imo but can't prepare you for contact finishes.

If you aren't using your legs in your shot, it is because of sequencing. You aren't activating your joints at the correct time and/or in the correct order. If you are dropping that low, not only are you unnecessarily incorporating your lower back into your shooting motion (by having to straighten you body), but you are also making your shot slower and easier to block.

I think you post good stuff. But on this one you don’t know what you’re talking about. I saw him as a kid , he moves like a guard because he was always a guard plain and simple. He just grew to 7 feet.
@skeet100916 сағат бұрын
this guys said it himself… KD is a anomaly. If you aren’t over 6’6 and has a very long wingspan, you probably shouldn’t train or aspire to play like KD or train like him. Every NBA player trains specifically for their skill set. A good player to train like with a similar KD frame but it’s smaller is Dejonte Murray. Real hoopers know that’s true hoops.
