This is garbage! Grab the best defender on your team and get to work. Your moves aren’t working because you’re a “poor salesman”

I mean tib raises won’t help you dunk but they’re great for preventing shin splints and allowing you to train for longer without pain

To learn how to properly dunk you train by dunking. Especially when you have a whole court available to you.

This is a pretty bad way of thinking about it and showing this, the "Trash Player" drills help build muscle memory, while the ones you showed are more advanced and will help a player be more versitile, really weird way to promote your product in a lying way to make normal practice seem obsolete to your pretty basic drills.

Guy says you’re doing some blue Bruce Lee training and he doesn’t know what you’re doing yet. He’s doing 360 jumping in the air jump shots from the three-point line which nobody ever does in the game.
