Can you make a video on how to train to create and use moves instinctively by yourself, I know you already have videos on movement but is practising moves full speed by yourself considered a good drill or is there something else I can do to improve that aspect? What is a workout I can do by myself to do that and also practice movement simultaneously?

Doing full speed moves is good. To make it more game like, imagine a defender while you do your moves

i would say i have decent handles, and i break ankles and cross people over regularly. I practice on a very bumpy grass court. Whenever the ball dosent bounce back to me directly, i try to make a combo out of it without thinking imagining a defender in front of me. This has helped me a lot in game. If you dont have a grass court, just imagine a defender in front of you and throw the ball to anywhere and imagine the defender reaching, and react. Dont think about it, just think as to whether the elite defender in front of you would have stolen the ball. But how the defender is covering you is also needed to be incorporated, as the reality is as you get to higher level basketball you need to completley analyse your defender. If they are covering you and trying to make you go left, analyse their stance and act accordingly. If they are faceuarding, go low and try to attack their hand which is covering your face. The best way to know how to act is just to watch hours and hours of tape, and the best way to learn moves is also to watch tape. I personally watch a lot of paul george and kyrie, and I watch it to analyse it. Here is good video if you are interested. I hope this helped. kzbin.info/www/bejne/hXPadZtsgLuJmNU

It’s not that you train for the NBA you gotta play highschool varsity and college the move to the divisions then overseas then you can qualify to be drafted in a nba draft and hope you get picked. Train enough that you can do all that I guess 👍
