But legs are always going to be much stronger then grip strength, you can always do your own grip work aside from this, but your grip will hold you back once you become a high level athlete.

@LeDietCoke my grip has never been a reason I stopped an exercise, because I built my strength, if you can't hold a dumbbell or kettlebell just improve your strength or if you can't hold and just use a barbell like he showed in the video
