Matt. You are 100% correct. The aqua show on oasis of the seas is one of the best shows I've ever seen anywhere of any genre. The last time I cruised on oasis, I went to the aqua show every single possible performance even if it meant sitting in a bad seat once in a while. 😅

My wife and I sailed on the Fantasy for our honeymoon in 2012. This video brought back a lot of great memories. We did our 10-year anniversary on the Wish. Hoping someday to sail on both again.

I plan to do this excursion on my next cruise, however I will book directly with the attraction. As you mentioned $10 isn’t a big difference and we’ll have to pay for transportation, however so much ‘excursion’ time is wasted in the theatre it can take at times an hour away from your fun time. Experienced this with Atlantis in the Bahamas and was not impressed. And to make matters worse, once we got to Atlantis, there were no Shorex staff to guide the many many masses through the entry process of filling out online waiver forms. We could have done this while waiting in the theatre for over 40 minutes!

I thought the way they labeled the best elevator to use (forward vs aft) was very helpful when onboard. The ship is so easy to navigate even though it’s huge

Matt, we are on the Oasis returning to Barcelona from Naples. You are absolutely correct on your similarities and differences. The Oasis of the Seas is going to dry dock now, so much needed maintenance will be performed before its Atlantic crossing to Ft. Lauderdale. One surprise for us was the Bar-B-Q restaurant on Oasis: great food, inexpensive and plenty of food served. A GEM!

We're on Symphony right now for a back-to-back and I agree with you 100%. I like the rooms on Symphony, but everything else is better on Oasis. Aqua 80 is my absolute favorite show on ANY ship, HiRO was okay, but didn't compare at all. I was also pleasantly surprised with Hairspray and will see that again. In my opinion, all your observations are correct, thank you!

I live in Hawaii and have since the 80's. I am doing my first island cruise on the Pride of America this December. I'm enjoying watching your videos. I wanted to share with you that your little "rock" you put on the sea wall is actually a piece of coral. Also, the sand that you picked up up had green sand in. Green sand consists of olivine jem stones. I could see it glistening in the sun. We have a beach on South Point that is made up of mostly olivine. It's beautiful. I'm glad you enjoyed our beautiful island.

We did Oasis last year and Symphony next week. So excited. Especially looking forward to Hairspray. 🎉

Just got off symphony the 22nd I like the lay out on oasis better and just gotta say the food has gone down hill since the shut down and that with like 6 sailings after the shut down

Great video! I’m actually staying in this very same cabin for New Years!! I’m so excited. My only concern is the common areas directly above. I had a bad experience last year with all the noise coming from above on another cruise line. Do you have any thoughts? I would really appreciate it. Thanks.
