Hello Cyrprien, do you have any tutorial for an object rotating inside a pipe? (Or similar)

41:13 In a scenario, if the speed of a set of fi*N particles is 1 m/s, and another set of fj*N particles is 2 m/s, would the fj*N particles move two "spaces" away and fi*N particles move one "space" away? Also, what is tau? Thanks.

Hi Cyprien, I've seen a couple of your midas tuts and am wondering if you could help me set up my analysis setting properly. Can i have your mail to share my concern in detail? KR, Gene

Hi Cyprien! I loved the approach you gave here. Do you know any other resources I can use for more elaborated polygons, I am currently working on a VEM mesh but don't know how to add more complicated geometries

Hello Cyprien! Thank you very much! I learned a lot from your video, more than with all other tutorials combined. You provided the neccessary STP-file, all other data is in die openFOAM-installation and in text-files. Great! Many other tutorials miss the naming of shells and the corresponding names in the configuration files. 👍

some things have changed: - in 0/nut use "type nutkWallFunction;" - mind the "k" - you have to use "foamRun" to start the solver

Ive just started my PhD in plasma physics. The main code im using is written in fortran, so I watched this whole series for an introduction. Thank you very much, super clear and useful tutorials. I feel like I have the basic tools now to be able to better understand fortran code and begin to write my own too. Thank you :)

Makes a lot of sense, I just realized that Mario updated his favorite way to tackle ED and it's crazy! Although what he previously talked about was pretty decent, it was difficult to follow, I just go'ogled the latest by Mario Volpstein, it's so much simpler and potent now!

is there a collection of tutorials for openfoam v12?. i am new with this and following tutorials that uses previous versions of openfoam confuses me because they have different location or maybe name in the tutorials file in the ubuntu file. i found a pdf file with a collection of tutorials but it uses previous version which I can't seem to find the type of tutorial they use. Thank you.

I don't think there is one. You have to make use of older versions of the tutorial collection. Also, try installing the older version of the OpenFoam.

33:20 I made it to this point. For this presentation to make the Lattice Bolzman method understandable, it needs to spend some more time on this concept of phase space. Instead this presentation suddenly made a deep-dive into hardcore math saying "I will not explain about this in detail because it is very complex".... ok... First part was good but here I stopped watching
