Awesome game. Fun fact I read when I was doing my hardcore run, if you had a physical copy you got an extra freebie save at the point where you have to change from disc 1 to disc 2. The most difficult part for me was the environmental hazard of the laser room towards the end (I kept trying to stasis it out of paranoid safety instead of just running in a straight line), and I put my 3rd save point right after ejecting the escape pod from the Ishimura. I had that final stretch down to muscle memory by the time I was through with it.

For the most part I agree. Especially with the 343 games, I literally don’t remember any of the levels in Halo 5 or Infinite lol and only remember Halo 4s because I played through them on legendary a few times. Halo 3 has the best levels in general imo

As much as I enjoyed my first 360 game as a teen being Reach, especially during the month of it's release, I still wish I'd gotten a 360 at the time of Halo 3's release. I always got that Reach multiplayer was likely objectively better than 3's in a lot of ways, but everything I saw of 3 and it's multiplayer seemed so lively and a blast to experience at it's height.

I really just did not like the campaign. Like he said many times, everything this is the same. The base gameplay is amazing. The UNSC weapons besides the bulldog are good, and some of the banished, but many of the weapons were just not good. I very much dislike how they handled the story, the biggest battle occurs off screen and before you start playing? All of a sudden Atriox just dies? He was made to be an amazing villain from halo wars 2, and we don’t even get to fight him or have him involved in any way. The gameplay is good, but it just cannot pull for everything else. If I want to play the gameplay I’m gonna play the multiplayer, and certainly not the campaign. It can’t possibly make up for how bad and repetitive everything else is. A one big single mission style of campaign where everything is the same is just not fun. It’s also just not halo. I understand trying to let us explore the halo ring but it was just executed poorly. It’s hard to say it’s worse than halo 5, but at least you went to different environments that were pretty well designed and interesting. The story was horrible and no one liked it but at least there was something to follow and somewhat made sense. Nah you know what I’m gonna say it, in my opinion halo infinite’s campaign is worse than halo 5s. Most probably won’t agree, but to me I at least remember halo 5s campaign missions and story, I couldn’t tell you what happened in infinites campaign until I watched this video and I had played infinites campaign a lot more recently than halo 5. Plus, arbiter and sanghelios. Yes the warden fights were boring, but so were halo infinite boss fights aside the elite.
