You have such beautiful hair, but a slightly negative vibe. I'm one minute in, and all you've done is scold people, and so much DON'T, NO, NOT, NOR, BLOCKED, NITPICKY, COMPLAIN, DELETE, ANNOYS. I came here JUST to subscribe after seeing your thumbnail, but I'll hold off. Your channel might grow faster if you lessen the negative vibe, especially in the first 90 seconds. Just trying to help. I hope you can take this in that spirit. 😊

This is only one video and there is a reason for this response. The internet is full of people who will waste no time to pick people apart and give out unsolicited advice. I’m simply letting people know that there is no room for that here and if I find it to be negative or rude, I will do what I feel is necessary. Everyone has their limits and this is how I decided to respond. Also I am not looking to have a larger channel or grow fast. I simply make videos just sharing what I do with my hair. If you feel as though me defending myself or setting boundaries is a negative vibe then I may not be the person for you. Luckily there are plenty of people on KZbin who will fit your needs. I hope you find the creators who align with your interests.

not necessarily trying to convince you, but i love carrying my umbrella. even a little cheap one keeps the sun from feeling too harsh. I've never bothered with a hat though i just have a hard time getting any that fit my look. it it does unfortunately take up some hard space though, so i try to pack light on sunny days. i didnt know UV protection existed for hair, but i might need to consider it when next summer rolls around

How do you know you are buying the authentic chebe powder where people have brought their from?
@milami.18 күн бұрын
I buy it from Sahel Cosmetics. I believe she was the one of the first people if not the first to speak about it online. She started selling it and that is where I bought mine. I could be wrong but I believe she also sells it in bulk for some of there other companies/people you may see selling it but I’m not 100% sure about that. I’m comfortable buying it from her. I don’t buy it from anywhere else.

I wash the chebe out once it gets caked with ambunu. The chebe comes right out easily and completely. It also feels great on the scalp. Sahel cosmetics sells it also. I do wear chebe the traditional way (adding essential oil to mask the smell), but I fully wash my hair about every 3-4 weeks, then reapply the chebe on a schedule.
@milami.18 күн бұрын
I’ve tried ambunu and it wasn’t for me. It comes out I just have to do more washing than preferred.

I bought my chebe powder from Sahel cosmetics, but I’ll probably sell the remaining packs that I have not used. I go to the gym and sweat A LOT and it’s annoying to have a wet scalp. Thank you for the update, your hair is beautiful

😍This is incredible. How long ago was your previous wash? How do you manage the flakes when your hair isn't covered?
@milami.25 күн бұрын
Thank you 😊 Probably about 2 weeks. If you mean flakes as in dandruff, I don’t really have that issue. My dandruff is pretty mild. It takes a few weeks for me to notice any dandruff. If you mean flakes from the Chebe, I just keep my hair up. It still happens but it’s not that bad.

I went to all white schools growing up. White Girls......flinging their hair left and right daily every minute! Well nobody said it was attention getting! Lol but that’s why they were doing it! So when women of all races fling they hair and wear it down, people look! It’s feminine and folks look.

Been using a chebe shea butter mix for about 4 weeks now and I absolutely love it. My hair stays moisturised for about 4+ days, detangling is much easier, wish I had started much sooner. Decided to try it when I couldnt find my usual castor oil brand. So far no regrets, would like to try it in a deep conditioner.
