So you're tldr other people's reviews. What value are you bringing to the table?
@TheTechUpdate-ui1fh2 сағат бұрын
Not sure I understand you 100% but It was never my intention to take viewers away from the other channels I get my info from or devalue what they do in any way. Wanted my video's to be a sort of suplementary resource. I have a lot of respect for the reviewers and I always leave links to their video's in my description. I have also referred viewers to their channles on some of my video's and in the comments when I know they have better and more complete info than I have. I honestly enjoy comparing these devices and I just want to be a part of the conversation even if that means doing overviews for the time being. I would love to do hands on reviews but I just can't afford these devices at the moment, working towards a place where I can do that but I am not there yet. Hope that clarifies my idea with the channel a bit more.

Literal a 40 dollar difference before shipping. So not sure it's much of a difference literally a preference and toss up. If I had a 4pro, I'd stay with it . If I'm a new buyer, I'd go with a 5.

Very true. The more i think about the more i think the RP5 would be the better option when buying new at least. Like i said in the video i'm just not an early adopter and i my main concerns are perfomance rather than Aesthetics. Then again that is a purely theoretical opinion so i may feel differently if i actually had hands onm with these units. Thanks for watching and for sharing your thoughts.

Hi There. Apologies for taking so long to reply. My schedule of late has been hectic and wasn't sure about the retroarch folder to be honest. I don't own one of these yet but from what other reviewers are saying you definitely need to copy the Bios files, if you already have bios files on the stock SD you can copy from there if not you will have to obtain them (unfortuntaley can't tell you where for legal reasons). Waht about psx/ps1 games, does it have enough power for it ?
@TheTechUpdate-ui1fh13 күн бұрын
Yes both these units will run PS1 Games flawlessly but they are actually a bit overpowered for that as they can even run PS2 games. If you mainly want to play PS1 games or older systems like Sega Genesis or Super Nintendo you could get a handheld for much cheaper that will be able to do that well. The R36S or the RG40xxV comes to mind. The R36S can be had for as low as $35-$40 if you find it on a sale whereas the RG40XXV you will probably find for between $60-$70. Check out my overview video on these 2 if you are interested at this link - kzbin.info/www/bejne/r3uveJKBdpaLd8U. Thanks for watching.

Yep you are right😅. The channel that made that video was actually streaming the game there either from a console or from pc. So it was not rendering the game on the TSP but rather using the power of the users PC or console to run the game and streaming it to the TSP by netywork or internet, probably through and app called moonlight. How are the buttons and sticks on the cube? Are they rattley like the other XX Anbernic products? The main reason I am considering the Mini is that I have the 353V and besides being too small for my hands, it rattles when you move it around/press buttons. The halloween sale might sway me towards Anbernic but I can't decide.

It is such a tough choice. I have become a trimui fan just by watching content of it and you can really get it at an awesome price on sales sometimes but i have to say the ability to output your scree and the ergonomic handgrips on the RGB10 Max 3 has reallhy made me reconsider whether or not i would buy a TSP if i had the bucks. It really is up to you and what kid of features you want more in a device. looking for bigger hadgrips at teh back of your device, possibly better analog sticks and external screen output go with the max3. As someone who reviews these I look at price to performance as a value matrix when comparing upgrades. Double the Ram and the new SOC is easily worth the upgrade. Also the back triggers on the 405v are terrible so any change is welcome.
@TheTechUpdate-ui1fh29 күн бұрын
I was a bit torn to be honest as it seems as though the 405 can do 70-80% of what the 406 can and i have always been someone who goes for the "not the newest but almost just as good second in line but cheaper model " 😜. I did hear about the triggers on the 405 though and when you include the better screen and more acurate analog sticks along with the extra provessing power on the 406 it becomes much more atrractive so i have to agree with you, it is worth upgrading.
