Opinion noted. But I disagree. This video sounds a paid political ad. My scopes all have QD mounts. I can swap them very easily with no need to re-zero. This allows me to save rail space and I don’t add the weight of another optic.

for 10k youd think there might be some kind of ingress protection, bluetooth/wifi capabilities, streaming, multifunction UI listed on the website but.....na. None of that, just 3 reviews and a few paragraphs on the product description. GP Is better for your other eye if you have monos. Only because the WP is so bright that it can offset your other eye normalizing to the brightness difference. However, WP leads to way less eye strain so it’s pick your poison. Having some NV is better than none

That is honestly false brightness is not dictated by the color of the phosphor screen. A PVS-14 is a manual gain system so the user can manually adjust the brightness to optimal levels given the environment regardless of color.

@licentiaarmsco brightness was not the right word for me to use, its contrast relating to the number of green receptors in our eyes. The balance is better. White is better in dark, but the gatekeepy thing of “you’re in the stone ages” doesn’t account for specs or people not bankrupting themselves. It’s a circle jerk that the entire NV community takes part in. Got me to blow a way bigger bag than needed on WP gen 3 when GP would’ve served my purposes just fine

Can anybody tell me if tritium filled scopes will give your position away if the enemy has night vision? Because of a cigarette can be seen a mile away under night vision, I could imagine that the tritium tube gives away light but I don’t know and can’t find an answer ANYWHERE

You can see your night sight irons with training. As far as being seen with an acog (it hits your eyes so tape it down) LED acog is the way to go and run a biggybacked mounted red dot. There was a video on KZbin with acogs and night vision Not recommended hence the red dot

well seems kinda stupid cause what you are mentioning far outprices a normal ir scope if you spend 20 grand for ir you might as well of got thermal since its literally more effective at day and night not to mention a clip on is less reliable than a normal ir scope
