I have the Tamrac Expedition #7 and I travelled to China 5 times with it. The trick is to roll your clothes and place them in plastic bags. Take the shorts and t shirts etc rolled in bags and load them at the bottom of the #7. Essentially I make this bag my only suitcase and carry everything I travel with in this rugged bag. Safe and Secure. For routine landscape shots near home I take an Tamrac Expedition #5 and carry camera gear, lunch and water for me and my two dogs. External M.A.S. Pouches carry water bottles. Perfect

Yes, all photo gear is black (mostly) except for white telephoto lenses and some camera bags. That's not a problem, however. I've been shooting professionally since 1987-88 and I have to buy gear that I may not even use, or use only rarely. I've got a Canon 400mm f/2.8 L IS II that I've never shot with, and I've had it for around a year. (I shoot a lot of news/media jobs, and I have to have the gear ready-and-waiting at short notice in case an assignment calls for such lenses.) Having said that, my former 400mm f/5.6 lens got a lot of use, so I have shot with long lenses before. These days I'd strongly recommend that photographers incorporate video into their skill set, if you haven't already. Nice work, Angela, and you're looking _great,_ as always. You have a lovely smile.

I'm a bit surprised that no-one has pointed out that this is not a "Mountaineer"series tripod, but rather, a "Traveller-series". The Mountaineer has a very different spider, and the Mountaineers' legs can not be flipped backward such as this Traveller-series demo shows. That said, it's still a great tripod. ;-))
