it wasnt until the end that i realized what this video was really about. it's a bullshit attempt at selling his program. he chose a much more attractive man to be the natty, probably lied a bunch of shit about his natural abilitlies and got a clear better result vs the steroids user. and best of all, it was due to his PROGRAM that you can buy. todd got played big time.

if brandon only gained 5lbs, then he probably only did upper body or something. that's way too little for the kind fo change you see in his upper body.

I lift half my capacity on Monday, Wednesday, Friday. 2 sets of each excerise. Carnivore so I get a lot of protein, fat, and cholesterol. After my UC diagnosis, I was down to 114 from 150. Back up to 129 so far.

Dr. Mike is so correct, you tend to "grow" more cylinders when the demand gets to a certain point. I know this from EKGs resulting in "Athlete's heart". I do have a lot of energy, low body fat, and eat a lot and I'm 46.

I've been lean for at least 9-10 years, of course it's about proper training but finding you metabolic balance in nutrition is the #1 thing. I never did the bulk/cut cycles, I always feel good (no calorie restriction). Edit: Oh! and cardio is important, because it trains mitochondria efficiency, speeds up metabolism, elevates VO2Max (improves calorie burning by adding more oxigen to the mix)

I asked my wife who is from the Uk and iam an Aussie - her resposne was personality & humour - then - being in shape as in not overweight (lean athletic) but not a muscle dude (a poser) and her biggest turn-off is gym junkies (guys who basically live at the gym as addicted to them). My nephew as a classic example as he needs to be at the gym every day otherwise he would have a meltdown. It is all he can think about and all he talks about - pretty sad and my wife can't stand him

I think my most difficult challenge is knowing my activity level. I don't rank a lot of steps on monday, tuesday, Wednesday and friday. I have a sedentary job. But I: Weights 4x/week Play ice hockey 2x/week Pratice (hockey) 2x/week Yet i try to eat only 2050 calories a day and I'm hungry as hell. But I'm not losing. I really don't understand. My BMR is 1562 calories. Im thinking about going that low because i can't progress. I log everything.

Just drink milk. Its the reason why in my country we are all tall .( guess what country i am from) Combine milk with training and you will see the result. But its not trendy and not expensive so no one will promote it. But think how it is possible that a smal young cow can grow out to a full grown bull within months. I am curious when a fitness guru will test it 😊

i train monday to thursday and rest 3 days. i have noticed that no matter what i train, it takes 3 days max to recover. so i only rest the last 3 days of the week because legday and you know what that is. works like a charm. i recently went from 12 kg kettlebell to 16, still need to work on form and such but it ll get there. i also decided that from this year i will instill a 1 week rest after 2 months of training.

Dr mike said don't do cardio at the end of a gym session on one of his videos, but Jeremy does this at the end is seems that everyone says do this and don't do that at the end of the day everyone is different. The answer is simple don't eat a lot of crap go to the gym 3-4 days and plenty of rest.

My why: I have managed to lose some weight and I felt ready for a bulk. Messed up, gained weight back, and got to that point when I am sleeping on my side, my belly pulls me further. I hate it. So hoping to lose it again and be smarter about it in the future.
