Nah! Some things are best left alone and THIS is one of those THINGS + imho you didn't improve anything at all.

So... now i want a show about the first trans-galactic exploratory ship. Make it a 5 year voyage from Milky Way to Andromeda. No trying to get home like in Voyager. Just 5 years in the Void, running into weird stuff and the crew interacting. Could even make the Bridge Crew the secondary characters and have rotating stories of the. what i assume to be crew of a thousand people on the ship.

Nice graphics. Great attention to detail with the original damage control screens. One slight nitpick: when Khan's theme plays in the original like at 0:30, it's always when showing the Reliant for emotional emphasis, not the Enterprise. Okay, I guess one more nitpick: 0:20 "redemption" is spelled with a "p".

This thing is a warbird. It's just to bad we didn't see hardly any of it in Picard 😕

If Kirk had followed regulations shields would have been up and crew would not have died. this is just one example of like 10 at least where Kirk would ahve been court martialed and sent to prison for ever.

Nicely done. two comments, if I may. By moving the ships too fast, it takes away the sense of scale and size. They are enormous and won't move that fast, at least not in terms of how we perceive it. Also, lens choices to give some sense of depth to also compensate for the scale and size perception.

After watching “Space Seed” I understand now how Khan knew exactly where to hit the Enterprise as he studied the enterprise extensively when he was a guest aboard the Enterprise.

I love this as a battle. My favourite space duel. I love you doing the phasers going through, thats a master stroke. Always had a problem with Star Trek battles given the speed everything would be traveling at. Strangely enough TOS got around this most of the time by budget. Action on the view screen and stock solo ships firing. That aside great job.

I’ll be Real…It looks Cheap and Makes no sense with the positions of the Ships. If you brought me this mess…I would fire you. ILM looks clean and it flows. Urs is extremely jarring and everyone here is blowing smoke up ur ass..and not telling the truth. At 5:40 it looks like a Star Field that only the Enterprise is in! Reliant look to only have black surrounding itself. 😵‍💫 At 7:43 is a perfect example of poor construction of ur visuals truly looks like a Enterprise Ship with whatever is around it..Stars and looks your dragging it along to match ur laser Fire…100% Cheap and makes no sense why there is a prominent Star field only around the enterprise and everything else is black including Reliant ..u took ur Apple Pencil and making Enterprise move closer..it is too fake looking and jarring..Leave ILM in place…it is after how many decades old..it’s better than ur poor attempt. Just being Real! Beautiful and awesome! But, picky me, 2 things. 1 there should have been more space between when they encounter the device from the 4th planet to the 3rd. And the device slices chunks out of the planet, not exploding it all at once. Otherwise the crew couldn't have time to beg and plead for Decker to beam them up. Otherwise, I would love to have seen a whole episode like this. Love it! 😁😁😁😁😁

Enterprise gets terminally damaged here...ST2/3 shouldn't haven't even been made, the show was originally about the ships voyages. How is it any good when it's destroyed by self destruct?😢
