I trust that Star Fleet allowed Kirk to keep the cloaking device aboard Enterprise, after studying and mass producing it. It would be an effective weapon once Scotty properly adapts it to the ship.

I liked it; the glowing nacelles were a nice touch, but why did you play around with the aspect ratio? You should have made everything 4x3, instead of jumping back and forth--

The CGI scenes of this episode are so bad compared to the 1968 original, but this version of the Enterprise going into cloak was superb!
