Very disappointing that the post office has become so inefficient, recently my family and I had three letters delivered to us from a hospital all with appointments. One letter arrived 3 days after the appointment taking 14 days, letter two took 9 days and the third 7 days which had my information for cancer treatment. The hospital is only 20 miles away.

I had the audacity to answer a questionnaire , a "how did we do?" thing. The post lady went apesh*t! They ask you the question, then don't like the answer. But after all is said and done, no matter how crap the Royal Mail is, it still knocks spots off EVRI. They send you emails everyday, they tell you by email every single fekkin day, "we've got it". Then out of the blue, they try to deliver it. I had a photo of a drain cover in the road as proof of delivery.

Funny how you struggled to pronounce "Ebersheim" as if it was a French name. In the area close to the German border, there are some places with German names. The "heim" (pronounced like "hyme") part means "home", so the "sh" is not pronounced together. "Eber" is a "boarr", the "s" ist just there to glue the two words "Eber" and "heim" together.
