i can still remember playing one if the first pocket edition updates on an ancient iPad and building a house out of diamond and emerald blocks thinking it was the coolest thing ive ever done. I remember watching stampy make colored leather and windows and looking up tutorials on how to do it. this shit literaly makes me cry when i listen to it. i relive my childhood every time i hear it thank you for making this absolute banger❤❤

These minecraft playlists have been helping me through the last two terms of writing for my dissertation. Nostalgic, peaceful, and with some absolutely gorgeous visuals to pop on my second monitor as I work (while curbing a little bit of my urge to be playing instead, ha), they've made the stress fade just a bit and helped me focus when my brain wants to revolt. This video in particular is stunning and came out within two weeks of seeing the aurora borealis for the first time myself, which is an incredible memory to go with the music memory of these playlists and this term. Absolutely fantastic videos, my dude.

Depressing to hear this. I remember when MC first came out on the 360 and me and my friends and I played it day and night, surviving the night and trying to get our first diamond tool, we never did, lol. But time has marched on, those friends are no longer in my life. In fact, idk if they're all even still alive. From a kid who sat in his room all day playing those old tutorial worlds, blossomed a guy who thrives of sheer will, love, and patience. Now, as I sit here in my MC world that my gf and I started together. I wonder, where did all the time go? Thanks for coming to my ted talk, reader. Have a good day, time marches on, and you must march with it. Everything gets better in the end. Remember that :)
