When we got to about 35 minutes into the video and he starts talking about how it’s actually works, as soon as he started saying it I thought that will definitely work for me just thinking about it. I can feel my dopamine levels increasing!

It sucks. I have 4 kids and a partner who sucks me dry. I don't care about work. And everything is a burden. Every task is a burden.

03:56 "The best type of exercise for producing dopamine is EROTIC"???? Uhhh I thought screwing was the best erotic exercise. Perhaps you meant to say AEROBIC. At least your giving good advice on avoiding Big Pharma and promoting good physical health. Couple this info with another vid on avoiding Depopulation food & you'll have a winner.

THIS FEELS LIKE AN INFOMERCIAL. He's already wasted 25% of the video making promises instead of delivering the information we've been baited with.

These conditions must be cultivated and re-channeled to the positive. Shamen/medicine men/women are thought to have suffered from schitzophrenia (yes i know its spelled wrong) or similar in childhood and they were taken under the wing of an elder. Shamen traditionally live alone, no children and for most part stay isolated from their societies. They also can "see" into other realms and have "visions". In modern times they are stimatized as mentally ill and medicated.

I was taking 30 mg Vyvanse for a few months. The heart attack feeling, anxiety, and sweating profusely for an hour after it would kick in, was too much for me, I had to stop. This is most likely a side effect of taking it with setraline. Setraline changed my life. I can not stop taking it. It has put an end to not only my really bad depression but also my uncontrollable anger. Setraline does nothing for my adhd unfortunately. Any suggestions on alternative adhd medication that can be taken with an ssri?

BIG PICTURES Read The Bible cover to cover cus have to know the big picture. It says the big picture is life is about spiritual warfare. GOD VERSUS HUMAN EGO THAT DESTROYS TO BECOME idol god where the human egos ignorantly declare, "I AM IDOL GOD! THEY CALL ME AMERICAN IDOL, A CELEBRITY, A STAR!"

I have not been diagnosed medically with ADHD, but all content I see about it is mostly relatable. I have been asked by 6 people if I have the condition and I honestly think it is true my actions say it all. I think this video will be a way to start dealing with it as I seek additional help. Thanks a lot for this non generic information, I've been seeing a lot of generic stuff online.

I am in tears. You said, “…you literally need to live an authentic life to not go under.” I’ve been struggling between the image of my career and what gives me true purpose, and I’ve been feeling really under. So that statement hit hard. This vid filled me with motivation to hack this gift and a curse. You made me feel seen. Thank you. 💜

Psychedelics have the ability to induce profound altered state of consciousness, so when you abuse it, it pushes you to an unbearable state of mind that you cannot comprehend & control, but when you take a mini dose to ease your brain receptors & relax, it helps you to open the portal of your other innerself in moderation while you relax. You can source out this specialist where I got my stuff from as they ship discreetly worldwide 👇

My adhd is similar. *serious convo* My ADHD: I feel the need to zone out, say what even though I heard, do a cartwheel and other random shyt. I also think I have tics but really it only happens if I remember tics exist but I don’t do it purposely. When I’m stimming or ADHD ticing (I think I have ADHD tics) people always ask if I have Tourettes ❤ I can fully relate but not with the Tourette’s part xx I hope this makes sence I’m sorry 😅
