Awesome you are showing this. But that’s a ton of fruit. The raisin, smoothing, fruit in a cup and all the fruit at the end. Maybe it’s just too much fruit for me and not others

What and how do you seal the freeze dried products after you open?
@friendofanimals119 сағат бұрын
After hurricane Ian when I ran out of baby wipes I used Witch Hazel and paper towels because I didn't want to use bottled water for cleaning (we were running out of that).

I think the difference is that the bucket has a super long 20 year shelf life. That should not be touched unless desperate. The bucket you made is for a year or two.

I struggle with storing snacks and water in my car. It is too hot in TX for anything chocolate or plastic to last long.

I need to scale this for 5 people, including 3 kids ( one is a toddler). Probably means I'll need several totes 🤣 I really like the makeshift stove warmer idea. Clever. We have a camp stove but for things that just need warmed it will make meal prep for a family much quicker.

This is ingenious!!! I'm a senior and have been trying to figure out how to get things together for a hand-held or pocket size EDC pack that will not weight me down, but have the emergency things I might need.....you have done such a fabulous job with this kit! I REALLY appreciate that you listed the items and where to get them. The only thing I would need to add would be an emergency body wrap like the mylar sheets that come in a small flat wrapper, if there's room in your container. THANKS FOR YOUR VIDEO....SOOO APPRECIATED!

Not at Dollar Tree, but I was surprised to find a box of thin fatwood sticks at my local Fry's (Kroger) and it wasn't very expensive. I cut some of them in half for more compact storage, fatwood is very useful for starting and maintaining a fire. Laundry lint from your dryer also makes a great fire starter. This was a great video, thanks for sharing!

If you have health problems please choose foods that you can eat. These are good ideas but I would have to get no salt added and regular noodles etc. I have high blood pressure and diabetes. Please keep this in mind so you are at your best In december 2022 the electricity went off for 3 days and i disn't have water for a week. i was recoverying from an accident and could not go down stairs to start a fire. So i remwmbered that I had a tiny back packimg stove and used sterno. Each sterno ( small can) was used at each meal for one. I boiled water for oatmeal and that is when i found out that quick cooking oats is like instant and i used stevia, Raisins and had a tasty breakfast. I had soups and chili foŕ lunch and dinners. I used the hand warmers and body warmers that i had gotten. I have never been so pleased of myself .

WOW! I would love to see you pack a suitcase! 😂 You have a great assortment I like the whistle and the card charger. I'm looking forward to seeing your review on it. One thing I might add is eye drops ... to flush the eyes if something gets splashed, blown or sprayed into them. I use some lubricant gel drops (thicker than regular drops) that come in single-use units. They would be good to have if thete is a lot of sand, smoke or wind. Something else, and I guess it would be an individual choice is contact information, as well as any prescription medication and medical history. That could be folded in your aluminum foil ( great idea, BTW). Maybe change that $20 bill into some smaller bills so you won't have to pay $20 for something that costs $3. 💄💋

if you use the tiny expandable cloth as toilet paper, and rinse it out, you can use the safety pin to attach it to your pack or clothing to dry out for next time. Wouldn't hurt to squeeze on 2. One for hands, and one for bum. an extra tiny pin would help tell them apart.

Nothing. Go back in history just a short time and there is still plenty of food. Maybe you can’t get the exact same bread you want or the boards head ham. Who cares,get something else. Leave and go where.
