Demonetization failed due to the corrupt practices in the public sector which Congress had left as their legacy. If vaccination wasn't made free by the central govt the situation could be even worse. Governments can only create opportunities and not jobs. Youth has to grab those opportunities and get employed. Oh! So do you say governments are polluting the cities? It's the responsibility of the citizens to keep their surroundings and their cities clean. That is why Swach Bharat Abhiyan was launched.
