Definitely need to start over. 1st, run the exhaust straight down from the heater and vent the intake outside as well. It would be easier to run the ducting hose from the heater to wherever you want it to go.

What size conduit do I need ? The exhaust that came with my heater came up about 6 inches short

This machine shouldn’t run from inside this van . This could kill you . I should run outside and bring the hose thru the top of the window. Inside is a big negative.

This is definitely for specific situations. If someone ate like this regularly, they would start feeling unmotivated all the time and having issues with depression and anxiety.
