$50 converts to £38. For a weeks food I’d get 12 eggs, 7 tins of tuna, 7 pots of rice, 2 tins of SPAM, 7 pot noodles, 2 tins of sweetcorn, 3 tins of baked beans, a pack of rigatoni, a bunch of tomatoes, a bunch of packets of mayo, a jar of sweet piquante peppers, a jar of pickled beetroot, 2 tins of mackerel, 2 tins of soup and 1 tub of Pringles.

Look into bear proof coolers if you can't get a fridge like Kong, orca, etc. They are more insulated your ice cubes will last 3-4x longer.

For health reasons, I don't eat ultraprocessed food and limit processed foods. Here's what I do. Buy bulk if possible. 1 lb. Raw steel cut oats. Soak overnight, and they cook quickly. High fiber. Source of protein, calcium, and magnesium. Low to medium glycemic index. Heart healthy. 1 lbs lentils. Soak overnight to remove phytic acid. Source of amino acids necessary for protein. Folate, iron, antioxidants, heart healthy. Quinoa. Contains all amino for protein synthesis. Completes the amino profile for legumes. Lots of vitamins and minerals. Cooks in 20 minutes. Make sure to soak 15 minutes and rinse or they will taste awful. They have a naturally occuring.substance on the surface that repels insects. A member of the amaranth family, the whole plant plus a little oil, can maintain longterm health but itself. Far better for you than rice. I like the red variety best. 1 lb. Whole wheat flour. Plenty for 1 week of Flatbread. 2 tins of sardines. Omega3 fatty , calcium for bones. Less mercury than salmon. About 1 dollar a tin. Ultima electrolytes are the fullest specterum of salts that I've been able to find. A jar lasts 2 months. Around 75 cents a day for 80 fluid oz. Available on Amazon. Sweet potatoe, beets, carrots, cabbage all are nutrient dense and can be cooked with lentils. They easily last a week. Green avocados ripen in 4 to 5 days. Banana in 2 to 4 days. Blueberries or strawberry eat in the first 2 days. If you have access to bulk foods, you can probably eat a healthy diet for 30 to 35 per week.

Get some eggs. They last for ages. No need for a cooler. And you can boil them, fry them, scramble, omellete them, on toast or with rice. Get some rice!! If you can boil water, you can cook rice, scramble a couple of eggs, chop up some anything at all, and chuck the eggs on your rice and pour in some soy...get some soy, it makes everything better. Beans are cool, and so are noodles, but the instants aren't a consistent habit. They have more sodium and chemicals than nutrition. Love from NZ dude.

A small microwave would cook up a lot now that you have this Van, especially stuff that can be cooked in their containers. You don't have to run them too long so not much battery drain :-))))))

If eating ramen and such, be sure to drink plenty of water too as they have high sodium levels. You should be drinking about 64 oz of water daily - which you can also get some from the foods you eat, like fruits/veggies. Apples and oranges can last a while with no refrigeration so they are good to stock. What is the meaning of the tattoo near your palm?

“it's not up here but is included in here four gallons of water minimum at all times for one person I realized very quickly um cuz I met up with some people on this trip and yeah four gallons doesn't get two people very far but it does get one person very far with like cooking and showering and washing your face doing dishes like all of the water things four gallons you'll have to refill it refill it obviously…” What makes free tap water in the USA so bad that you need to buy it?
@AmarisNWonderland
@AmarisNWonderland 5 ай бұрын
It honestly depends on the area, not just the state. There's a website that rates water quality around the U.S. To give you an idea, Erin Brokovich got involved with the Flint, MI water issue, but that was highly publicized. There are far too many areas that are able to keep the poor water quality out of the headlines. In the U.S., bottled water is legally required to list the source. If you see that it says something about a major city/municipality, then that's exactly what it is: tap water.

You're going to need more gallons of water just for drinking to flush out the thousands of grams sodium in all those microwaveable noodle cups. Best to go the long route and buy the spices and oils, get some old family recipes, and learn to cook girlfriend 🍳.

I just want to share you that there is always love, hope, forgiveness of sins and eternal life in Jesus. If you come to Him with a sincere and humble repented heart, He can save you and forgive you and give you abundance of joy, love and peace and eternal life. Believe in Jesus: He is The Son of God, He died for our sins and He rose from the dead, Believe in Jesus. “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” -John 3:16 “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.” -Romans 10:9 Repent and Believe in Jesus.
