@HoboAhle .. I did the same paper organizing on the floor at the mental hospital & the staff questioned it. I decided to put financial bank stuff in the green, medical stuff in blue, crisis stuff needs to be done today or yesterday in red, the next 3 days or this week stuff in yellow & orange. Mousetraps work for roaches if you set them so they balance on a edge of the ledge so when the trap tips, they set it off. Instead of setting the bait on the.. bait-platform, set the bait under it so they have their little crunchy bodies where the.. jaw slams shut. Roach-motel traps work for the littler ones, mouse-traps for the smart- ones who made it to adulthood like you: Survivor. I'm still trying to find a calendar I can set alarms for appts & not weak az reminders. It would help if I actually checked my calendar everyday, other day, or so often. Eisenhower U/I Matrix helps me & others at the hospital discern & be more aware of their flow. Funny that you're teaching us how to live indoors, and always teaching even when the majority has been living indoors. Ever thought of teaching as a pro? Teaching classes on survival or community video-edit classes, or... rock-climbing, etc. I found a roll of one black electrical wire & a cable used to supply an old farm property today. Probably good for 30A of DC from solar or a semi-truck alternator hooked to a wind-turbine made from cutting barrels in half to make an anti-swastika. Found a 6 to 10 inch galvanized exhaust adapter & some piping to make a heat-exchanger for the intake & exhaust from my diesel. It runs better when it's hot, needs to warm up faster in the winter. Added a third battery-bank as well because it starts so hard in the winter. It's really dumb that diesels rely solely on compression to ignite the fuel-air mix. A glow-plug would help, but none of that info helps you at all. ~Jackpot, 2024y01m04d11h58mGMT-6.

I respect the motivation to organize your paperwork. I’ve tried organizing my paperwork, and I’ve realized I keep waaaaayy too much unnecessary crap, which makes me feel overwhelmed in the span of about ten minutes. I literally had a massive stack of used empty envelopes. I’m one of those weird people that hates getting mail

Thanks, I can totally relate to this exact situation. Be it paper documents or expecially (!!) files on the PC, shuffling them and sorting them out has made more than one of my days/weekends. Never thought that such trifling matters as they're piling up could ever manifest that massive of an issue.

Discarding and letting go is a skill. Do it once for the new year and your whole year is set. I do find it fascinating how insects like roaches can do cannibalism without any qualms about. To them it’s “heh no big deal just another day feasting on what’s available…”

I'm not sure if I mentioned it in one of your videos or someone else's, but I have ADHD, and using a Konban board helps me a lot in getting things done. I break down my projects into smaller tasks and focus on one task at a time. I've been more productive this past week than I have all last month lol!

Paperwork gives me anxiety so I hide it in a drawer, or many (not a good method). Forms for medical or what have you are just too much so nope. Maybe I'll try something similar! Liking the ADHD content

The reason you don't want to smash roaches is that the majority you see are females and they're full of eggs, which are so small they stick to whatever you squished them with and that is how they get into places without roaches. TLDR, if you step on a roach and smash it there's a very good chance you have just added a thousand roach eggs to the bottom of your shoe and they'll follow you home!

Yes and no 😅 I have fun and love the end outcome, but sometimes the process of getting there can be stressful. I’ve learned it’s always worth it to me though which is what keeps it fun!

This. Scan everything and file it away. I use Evernote but there are plenty of free alternatives or lower cost but the important thing is to start and keep with it.

@@daybyday0731 My bad! I think I read that as "mess" rather than "meds" 😂 I have personally only tried nootropics and they didn't seem to do too much so I stopped. Currently trying to see if/how much getting thoroughly organized will help and then planning to make a more calculated decision on meds from there! 💕 Good luck to you!
