Hi!! I don't know if you'll see this (I hope you don't mind I'll probably put similar comments on a few videos in this series unless I figure out my answer from your videos or get an answer before I get through them!!) One of my friends and I are currently working on bunny suits that we patterned using the duct tape method and we both ran into the same problem that from our first mockup (which, granted, was very flimsy fabric, no boning, and we both didn't use the full seam allowance like we needed to) which was that if we lifted our arms up too high, we slipped out of the top of the suit. We're gonna try to modify the pattern so that the cups come up higher as an initial solution and make a few more changes before we give this a shot in a nicer fabric and go through the effort of fully installing boning etc. But was I wondering if this is an issue you run into at all and any potential solutions/advice you might have for that. As a note, we both have a similar upper body type of a very tiny underbust measurement (mine is 26") compared to bust measurement (mine is 32"-- which is a normal/small bust measurement, but NOT when my underbust is 6" smaller). Thank you so much for this series, I think it will help a lot!!!

You need to make the mockup properly

"And they followed [instead] what the devils had recited during the reign of Solomon. It was not Solomon who disbelieved, but the devils disbelieved, teaching people magic and that which was revealed to the two angels at Babylon, Harut and Marut. But the two angels do not teach anyone unless they say, “We are a trial, so do not disbelieve [by practicing magic].” And [yet] they learn from them that by which they cause separation between a man and his wife. But they do not harm anyone through it except by permission of Allah . And the people learn what harms them and does not benefit them. But the Children of Israel certainly knew that whoever purchased the magic would not have in the Hereafter any share. And wretched is that for which they sold themselves, if they only knew."-2:102

This year was my first time at the Kronenburg faire and I LOVED IT so much!! I can't believe this might the only year I get to go. It was so "cozy" and everything felt so personal and intimate compared to the bigger faires I've been to. What a fantastic experience.

I really love the three channels for the drawstrings, it's funny because the entire thing is beautiful, but that was what really drew my eye. Great job! I can't wait to watch the rest of this outfit come together

Hiii!!! Theme smaller the waist is- the sharper the hip spring will be. Look at the angle of your ribs compared to the original. The waist being too small is the issue. I appreciate your time to make and share the mock ups. Are you wearing it much all these years later?

Wow so that elastic around the waist while you drape and pin your pleats is absolute genius... Thanks!!

The problem solving in this video is amazing! I have watched so many of your videos and it's weird that I missed this set of them, I think I was saving them to watch all together or it was during my youtube break of depression... Whatever it was, I am so impressed now. I had to buy that book of flower fairy postcards immediately. Please always show us the things you are interested in or have recently purchased. I'm sorry the events surrounding this time happened, like I said in the last video,.we never had any real coverage of the Atlanta, totally racist shooting, here in California... It's almost as if it wasn't the type of racism they were trying to sensationalize in the media at the time.

How did I miss this video? It's only 3 years old, jeeeeeeez. So cute, I think I need these for pajamas. I love the hand work you did on this, absolutely stunning. Baby bat was trying to help you to feel better. We never even heard about that shooting when it happened, that's how pushed under the rug it was. 💙💙💙

This whole outfit looks wonderful, seeing you have fun with it and not being super ridgid with design is a joy!! It would be super lovely to see a tour of the embroidery once you've finished, and talking about the different techniques.

First off, holy crap that is a beautiful costume! Someone may have already said this, but what if you made a broom sheath that goes on your back, that way you can get your broom out of the way when you're not doing pictures but it still keeps the costume whole. You could do something similar for the hat via cute little straps that tie around your neck, and or for more comfort you could tie them around your bodice straps (to keep weight off your neck).

The raw edges and perhaps some more stains would make it read even more of 'forgotten attic covered in cowebbs'. From watching other youtube videos I have learned that crazy quilting is usually done over a backing fabric to begin with so the fabric usually overlaps at the edges, and then other layers are added to quilt it.
