I was in Iraq 2003 as a SDG A squadron Challe gunner, the durst this wasn't a big deal, we fitted up-rated hoppers before going and diff filters. We check them once day but never had a problems. Track wear & condition was the biggest concern due to the milage we where doing. The dust was just annoying & the Reme attachment were bored to death, walk round the wagons begging for work to do.
