Dear Shaolin Xiniba Nice and useful exercises, with two things to be explained: 1.When changing legs. or how many times is it to be done on one leg only: 2. In the second part the instructor is moving his hands not from outrside but inside out, like a breast stroke towards the sky. The sam movement is also completed with a hard exhalation and forcful joing hads in front of the lower body. In my humble oppinion, these differences deserve explanation. at least for those watching the video. Best regards. Paul,69, retired instructor of Martial arts.

Well, one of the most daring yet sincere statement of Master Zhuá Tianxi. Probably he is closer to the core knowledge thasn most of us. Doing something as a ceremony or form without thinking is really done for the expeternals. But doing Kata with spirit is anternal. I agree. Paul.69

Some meaning has been lost. I want to explain one point. It's about a souls reality. The hand from the mid section outward was a power hit with an invisible force to most people that was a part of your life force your soul.

There are only a handful of people that I would greatly like to meet when I go to China. Some related to martial arts or those who have helped teach me Chinese. This gentleman is one of them. Great video, thanks for uploading.

You've been an inspiration to me ever since I saw an old Shaolin documentary. While watching these documentaries I noticed your eyes where very focused and intense. While in class without noticing, I was copying the Shaolin eyes. My Shifu walked up to me (very intensely) and said "Kung fu is in the eyes, the eyes!" Then he turned and continued to observe the class. This was well over 10 years ago. I've incorporated Xin Yi Ba into the forms and all movements I practice and must say the power generated is astounding. Thank you for openly sharing this treasure with us. I hope to one day train with you.
