Great! Some of the cast iron pans I have are getting too heavy for me.

Seasoning a Stainless steel pan is stupid and unnecessary. The benefits of having a SS pan is deglazing. If you use acidic anything to deglaze that pan it will come right off. People that know how to cook, heat the pan the first and then cook.

You should warm up the cast iron before putting the oil in. Nice recipe.

Do you ever cook fresh keilbasa, or always with precooked and smoked. I actually prefer fresh over store packaged kielbasa. Just my preference, fresh from the butcher. Looks like you have a great recipe here though

I'll be the first to admit that many women don't cook much anymore. Most Granny's didn't have to raised children by their self & hold a carrier either even though I did & Cook for my children every day itwas tough. I was just checking your video out. Don't be so judgemental. Lol

What brand of kielbasa do you recommend?
@CastIronCooking5 ай бұрын
*Kiolbassa Provision Co Beef Smoked Sausage is what I use now cost a little more but it’s worth it. I no longer use Hillshire Farm. They put too many preservatives and crap in it. The good brand of the old days have gone to shit.*

I had no idea you needed to season a stainless steel frying pan, I use my cast-iron frying pan regularly and love it, but this I must try, thank you for the information.

I am a woman. It's okay what you said. The women are suppose to be the care givers and the people have fell away from God's order. There is many things that shows the spiritual condition of our people that is not good right now. Forces of satan has called woman to go out into the work field to tare apart family, even though we are told in scripture to work quietly at home and to be blessed in child bearing. Even some girls sense what they ought to be, but mothers just are enable to teach daughters because of a worldly spirit or loss of knowledge themselves for some generations. Boys the same suffer what they need for now the men are weak. I had to learn sewing on my own and still lack knowledge in that. I had to learn healthy cooking on my own, which took some years to become aware of the harmful foods that should not be food. "Whole foods ladies" and organic non-gmo's. God's order is beautiful, but many do not want to embrace it and those who desire the good way may suffer for a time, but this life is short compared to those who trusted in the Son of God (His Kingdom Way on their hearts), that they might have eternal life. Every tear shall be wiped away. Thank for you help. My daughters are petite with the little hands and fingers and can't handle or clean the heavy cast iron. They just never have grown in bigger and I have to come up with an option of clean cooking without the sticking for them. I knew how to season cast iron, but I didn't know your could season stainless steal and this should be light weight enough for my daughters to handle and clean. Thanks again.

Lady here... how long does this seasoning (six times) last for y'all?
@CastIronCooking5 ай бұрын
*A long time if you treat it like cast-iron, but if you scrub it out with soap every time it will come off quicker.*

"Reason to Season" 😂😂😂 Teflon is inert and so doesn't get absorbed into the body and just comes out in your poop. Burnt organic matter on the other hand causes free radicals in you body. The "reason to season" your pan isn't due to health concerns it because it tastes better and lasts longer than coated pans. Great video
