Lucy does not understand the value of money. Something you would expect from a drug addict.

Being a drug addict is not cheap. Drugs are expensive. There is a question hanging in the air. How would the victim have been helped with the funds? If she approached a bank manager with the same request to lend her the money would she be able to convince him?

How language can show doubt of guilt? For example, if someone isn't sure they've committed the crime, or started doubting themselves after being accused or blamed too many times? And also, how a false confession from an innocent person can be detected?

If Casey was SA'd in early childhood, it is possible she doesn't remember/can't recollect the assaulter, and say it was her dad because it is convenient lie, or because she unconsciously associated the assaulter with the closest appropriate figure

When Don claimed that if he had done nothing wrong to his stepsister/niece, and she staying silent confirms it, it reminded me of a rule of a sort we had at work: when male worker makes a mistake it is necessary to point it out to him right away, otherwise he will perceive the result as acceptable and allowed, and if the mistake is pointed later he would state being betrayed or deceived. (with female workers it was okay to observe first, and in many cases they would sort it out on their own and there would be no need to intervene)

In the beginning, the phrase "mom I want to go in the house" seems wrong as it is the only time Summer's word are quoted, and this supposed quote has already been second-hand. So it seems to be either so significant that it is kept as a quote, or artificially constructed.

Somehow it seems that Chris' childhood home was hellish as well, maybe because of his fixation on being a family man (5 times married, giving advises specifically on marriage and raising kids)

Hi Peter one of the biggest red flags for me was why did they book the air B&B in a false name, and the only thing I can come up with is that they went there with some kind of intent , why this hasn’t been further investigated I have no idea,

To me the added unnecessary information is purposely put there because it's been rehearsed. If John had genuinely found her there and had no idea what had happened he would have said 'I found her' but because he knew what had happened and she was placed there he added the extra details for example 'i turned the light on then there she was' because he was expecting a follow up question like 'How did you see her in there if it was dark?' so he was anticipating the follow up questions to come. Which makes you question if it was genuine why would he need time to think and plan on what to say. In every interview of the Mccans Kate and Gerry display the same behaviour. When a question is asked their replies are rehearsed and extra details are added because they have anticipated what is going to be asked. Judge Judy has always said' 'If you tell the truth you don't need to have a good memory' and I believe her

It’s not fair to question how you would answer these questions if you were innocent. What would be fair is how would I answer these questions if you were incredibly prudish, had only ever slept with or seen your wife naked and were to embarrassed to tell your lawyer about your mini testicles and lack of testosterone when you were on trial for sex crimes? If he was guilty he could have admitted it and been released from prison.

Peter, what do you think of Lucy giving her interview with her face turned from the camera (she doesn’t normally seem camera shy, from the social media photos she had up.) the reported that interviewed her had a very peculiar look on his face (disgust?) it can’t be Lucy’s face, she a pretty girl…but I wonder did she have bruises on her face? That would explain why she had the back of her head to the camera, and the look on the reporters face. I’d like to see the behaviour panel, or spidey analyse the interview.

The ticket only price for the NRG weekend was £309 that’s about €360…that’s about €120 per day! That’s a lot for a 19 year old (plus flight/accommodation/transfers/food/drink/taxi/misc!!!!! That’s a lot of money for that age group) would Lucy really not make the effort to see out the weekend?…and party on (sleep on the Plane home, or the next day) would she leave early, alone, because she was tired? Was it safe for her to leave alone? Why were none of these ‘friends’ looking out for each other?

Time passes and more and more and more elements point at 2am. Not 8am. You understood on day four. Incidentally how i found the case. I Thought Slater was a brit in Iberia like the others. Boozing partying with no interest in the land or local culture. Young version of the McCanns and pals. The moment their partying creates a crimescene, they put a pantomime as coverup. They do so convinced at home that iberian police and people are dumb. Dumber than them. And the panto should be enough to fool the fools. The press and British culture marry immediately the theory that it's not one of our own who's partying and messy. No. Its the Iberians. Drama loud and unprofessional. Very unfair considering Iberians share their sun and country with lots of pale alchies a little respect would be nice. I now come to agree brexit is a good thing to show British superiority never existed

Hi Peter, I have just watched an interview with a guy called James Files who claims to be the shooter who killed JFK. It's almost three hours long and once I watched it, I believe he is telling the truth. It would be great if you could analyze it and give your opinion. You will find it here on YT on Documentary Central and the video title is 'The Shocking JFK Confession From Prison'.

Jussie was full of it and most people saw that instantly. It's 2 in the morning and he wants a sandwich? It's cold. DoorDash is available. Nah, he's going to walk to the shop. LOL 2 White guys in the South Side of Chicago?!? LOL Wearing MAGA hats? Only if they had a death wish! lol Who actually watch Empire? No. Who can tell he is gay? Come on. Who carried a noose and bleach?!? And he after enduring a beating kept the "noose" around his neck. He didn't call 911 the second the "Attackers" left. Turned out he wanted a higher salary and thought the Boss would out of pity would grant it. Thrilled he went to Jail. Wasting the Police's time cost the City a lot.

The Dinner receipt showed 16 bottles of wine They were all drunk. As Dr's they had big egos and knew if they admitted "Sedating 3 little children just so they could party uninterrupted would be Neglect and I'm guessing some version of Medical Malpractice. I believe they would be charged and even if it was a slap on the wrist the British Medical Licensing Board would pull their right to practice. The Solemn Oath is 1st do no harm. Kate was an Anesthetist and was confident she got the dosages right. Who would want them as their Doctor if they didn't even use good judgement on the people they love most? How much would they care about you. I'm in America. I thought from following True Crime the entire family especially the Parents would be Interviewed over and over. WHO do this couple know that got the Portuguese and British Police to Not Interview them? Leaving the Country? Oh Hell No! Not without my daughter! The thing that was an Absolute for me was that Kate washed the Snuggle Bunny. No doting Mom would Ever because it would still smell faintly of your precious departed child. It's been so long, so much time and energy spent to pin this on some guy. I wish that GoFundMe and other similar platforms would ban them saying "You have more than profited enough."

People who struggle with what human nature is, vote wrongly, conduct business wrongly. They have a resistance for some reason; can't believe in evil in a person. Or a government. I have a friend who lost 10s of thousands of dollars in rental income because she wanted to believe that "they" weren't actually taking advantage of her; she believed that "they" would pay up. The flip side of this: she went into debt quite deeply (borrowed $100k from a friend). Her real estate business went bust, she earned income only as a small business office manager... and she totally paid back her friend!

When you say "she murdered her child" are you saying purposely? Deliberately? To get rid of her? I'm wondering too if you have a specific reason why you dont identify George her father as the SAer?

Mr. Hyatt... what about his use of "sexual" relations relegated to his wife? That experience was SEX; denying the heinous crime of SA can be a way of revealing that he believed he was actually in loving (albeit sexual) relationships with the victims. I guess I believe that SAers believe what they do is love.

I have a bizarre theory on this case. I think the girl was accidentally killed either by Burke or Patsy most likely Burke. I think the parents panicked and called up. Their contacts in Lockheed Martin. I think a “fixer” (Someone on their payroll, a former mercenary type that handles all kinds of scandals within the company covering them up ). Was sent out to the house and staged everything. I think he realized at one point the child was still alive and he decided to finish her off knowing she would most likely be brain damaged. So basically you have three different people committing three different crimes.

And remember the first interview where John and Patsy put up a paper to give 100,000 dollars to find the killer; watch how John starts spraking. Watch the first sentences he chose to open up his speech: he directly immediately aggressively denied JonBennet's being sexually abused. Watch him how aggressive and defensive he got when he spoke about that specific matter. How could he be so defensive about jer not being molested? Was he even there? Red flag. And people often get agressive and super defensive about the things that they are guilty about, always remember that.
