Mr. Ramsey's friend who went down to the basement with him to search for JB says he himself had opened the door to that room a few minutes before. He said the room was so dark that he could not see anything. He hunted for the light switch but could not find one. He also said that he was standing behind JR when he opened the same door. His friend stated that JR immediately said I have found her. The friend stated that JR made this statement before turning on the light. The friend wondered how he saw her. He said he believed JR already knew she was there...he did not have to see her before making his claim "here she is'. When JR made his statement to the police, he made sure he said "and then I turned on the light." That is why he made the statement "I opened the door, I turned on the light and then there she was."

FYI - the original house was from the 1920s, that room used to be a coal bin, that's why there was no window & it was later cement rendered. It was basically under the sunroom, front of the house. The light switch was at an odd place. One had to step Inside & take x steps to the left & the fixture was hanging down on the other side of the beam, about halfway in. Because John Knew where that was, when he got to there, the white blankets & so his child, was basically in front of him. When he had stepped Inside, he was away from the door & the lights from the basement shone through. A test was later carried out & it was proven that John could See. Also, there was a light for that last section before that door & funnily enough, John knew Where that light switch was also. You have No Idea why Fleet & John stopped talking. Stop making up more BS to suit your biased ignorant Agenda.

As soon as I heard about the length of the ransom note found in the Ramsey home, I didn't even care what it said. I knew that it was too long to be anything other than a cover up from inside the home. Casey Anthony (as well as Cindy Anthony lying on the stand), The McCann's and the Ramsey's seemingly will never have to face any kind of punishment for their transgressions. Sad as it is, I really hope that investigators, DA's and prosecutors can learn from all these crimes. Thanks again, Mr. Hyatt.

It is possible that JBR tried to hide from her abuser at times to prevent the abuse. Did she not sometimes sleep in her brothers bed? I know a little girl who did this. She and her sister were in foster care. They were put in a bedroom in the basement and had separate twin beds. The foster parents slept on the next floor up. The foster father worked night shift and came home about 3am. He went quietly to the girls room and abused the 12 year old. Her 9 year old sister witnessed the abuse. The older girl and the younger agreed they would swap beds.......the foster father was very angry at this subterfuge. He found subtle but sadistic ways to punish them. He also used to cry and tell the 12 year old he loved her and that if she loved him she would have sex with him and he pressured her relentlessly. It was at this stage she confided in a school friend who went to their teacher. The girls were immediately removed by the welfare authorities but there wasn't enough evidence to charge him. His wife and older children defended him to the utmost - and in a most vicious fashion for the victim. Social workers covered up for him because he was a Mormon lay preacher. But they were never able to have foster children again.

It's obvious they wrote it together and added many details to try and throw the police off the trail. They went too far with that. Were they protecting their son? I hadn't heard the sexual abuse allegation. Presumably that's directed at her father Gerry? Is there any supporting evidence he's a paedophile? In practical terms alone, I don't see how the McCanns could have successfully got rid of their child's body without their large group of holiday friends noticing Madeleine's sudden absence, or picking up on something suspicious in their changed routine or behaviour. It would be a very difficult thing to pull off in those circumstances - on a strange island, staying in a small, busy holiday resort, and accompanied by a group of friends you socialise with every day. I don't buy it.

Firstly, the window was found open in the kids' bedroom with Kate's implication that an intruder either came into or out of it. Yet no dust was disturbed on or around the window sill. Secondly, during a charity walk (or run?) very soon after the disappearence, Kate said during an interview "obviously, its too late to help Madelaine", but then quickly corrected herself. Before and after that slip, she has maintained that she believed her daughter to be alive. Both are strange.

@ozzy oz John didn't know right where she was. I wish people that don't know very much about this case would stop with their uninformed statements. The police searched the house first thing that included the basement but, they did not enter the room she was in. Hours later after all the other officers left, the remaining officer decided she needed to keep John and his friends busy and asked them to go look for anything out of PLACE, because it was assumed to be a kidnapping, no one expected to find her body. When John and his friend went to the basement his friend looked on that side of the basement first, he did not enter the room either, so to be thorough John opened the door to look in that room. He did not go directly to that room. Read a book or two.

One of the lead detectives stated that the BPD hired an expert to replicate the lighting in the basement of 12/26. The investigators observed the windowless room was pitch-black, just as Ramsey's friend/neighbor Fleet White had described it. They could not see the white blanket. They also reported that even with the interior lights on, they couldn't see the blanket until they stepped into the room b/c a short wall blocked the view from the doorway. Yet, when John Ramsey opened the door to the pitch-black room he immediately shouted, "Oh my God!" Fleet White witnessed this and ran upstairs shouting for someone to call 9-1-1. Then John Ramsey walked upstairs, his outstretched arms holding JonBenet by the waist in front of him. I just find that odd, the uncomforting way he held her. 🤨

One had to step Inside that room, take x steps to the left & the light switch fixture was on the other side of the cement rendered Beam on the left, about halfway in. When John got to there, the white blankets were Obvious & there was his child, basically in Front of him. Because John was away from the Doorway, the lights from the basement shone through. A test was carried out & it was Proven that he COULD See. Also because it was John's house, he had flicked on the light switch that was on the wall to the left as he walked through the doorway to enter the last section Before that cellar room. He held his child like that because her body was in rigor deary. The cops' walk-thru video is available at 'Radar online', there was No wall in that room that blocked a damn thing. To me, "I opened the door and turned on the light" seems that he was trying to cover up that he already knew she was in there, by reinforcing that he had to open the door and turn on the light before he found her. Also he's masking what happened with some mundane true statements and then when he gets to the important part of the narrative, he fades out into the passive sense.

Known Facts - Alarm set 5.30 a.m., the Ramseys were to get on a plane for Charlevoix. Patsy found the note, raced upstairs, found JB gone & screamed for John & could only say about a note & JB gone. He said “call the police”. It was pitch dark, no-one around & they were terrified. Patsy called the Whites & the Fernies for Help. John Fernie called their pastor for prayers & comfort. The cops called 2 victim’s advocates to come. 2 got in the kitchen door when the Ramseys went to the Whites for dinner. They had broken in before & that’s why they knew where everything was & exactly what they were going to do. About 1.30 a.m. JB was choked with the white cord & tasered on her back in bed, wrapped in 2 white blankets & carried to the boiler room. When the cord was quickly released she screamed, a neighbour heard that because of the vent in the boiler room that was at the front of the house. Fibres from the cord were found on JBs sheet & are in evidence. They ran out a side door, down to the back & waited under a pine tree then went back in. They had run into the metal ladder & it hit the cement as they ran out. That was the 'crash' noise the neighbour's husband heard. Fresh pine needles came off one of their jackets & were found in the cellar & are in evidence. She was given a lot of water in the early hours, tasered & vile acts occurred. That was not a garrotte it was a complex bondage device & made by the 17 year old who was into causing fear & used electricity. Both these factors & position & so much water is why there is so much pee staining on the front of both undergarments & near to the waistbands. The carpet & underlay were cut out due to the pee stain & are in evidence. The nylon cord was bought as it had to be a bit slippery for the purpose. The knots were intricate & specific then a certain number of ties on the wood & then the 3 loops. When that was done the rest of the cord was JB's exact height. The tip of the paintbrush was cut off, used at her privates & never found because some deviants keep trophies. That was not a paintbrush of Patsy’s. JB was given pineapple fruitcake earlier & at 5.30 a.m. She did not eat any pineapple that was in the bowl, that was part of the staging, one of many. ‘The Stomach contains a small amount (8-10cc) of viscous to green to tan coloured thick material of no particulate matter identified’. ‘The Proximal Portion (top) of the Small Intestine contains fragmented pieces of yellow to light green-tan apparent vegetable or fruit material which may represent fragments of pineapple’. Arndt was there & told the ME pineapple was in a bowl. It takes 2 hours for stomach contents to go to the top of the small intestine. In Patsy’s recorded statement June ’98, Thomas Haney told her the pineapple in the bowl was Different to the fragments in the top of the small Intestine. When Patsy called 911, JB was strangled to death in a rage on top of the dryer in the basement laundry. Cops coming meant no money. There was a phone in that laundry. The one piece of tape was put over her mouth to stop fluids getting on their clothes & she was carried to the cellar. Then 3 blows to the head, 3 weapons & each is in evidence. The 1st - a brick on the top of the head that caused the huge open fracture down the length of the skull. The 2nd - a utility knife & small stabs to the skull in a shape. The tool used was broken off & not found. The 3rd - was the end of the steel kid's ball bat & that caused the hole that the stabs started. They had planned if the cops were called. They didn't plan that Patsy would stay on the phone calling friends to come & help. That phone on the wall was in the alcove near to where they had to get out the basement door & then their exit door. Glenn Meyer was the author of the note & he organised it all for money with 3 from the house on the corner. One had a huge grudge against John in relation to a family business in Michigan. All was set up to incriminate all Ramseys if no cash was paid. Their back-up for money was the taking of photos. Many items were brought into the house & staged. Many items were taken from cupboards & drawers & staged all over the house, basement & a few things outside. Meyer was secretly living in the Barnhill's basement across the road. He got to know a great deal about the Ramseys. JB's dog was mostly kept there & the kids & Patsy were over there often. Patsy gave the Barnhills many cards, letters & notes in her print writing over the years. It is easy to copy print writing & he only had to do Some letters like hers as it was Supposed to look like she was trying to disguise hers, which is impossible to do for near 3 pages & the Real experts know that fact. From his vantage point Myer could see through both staircase windows & knew Patsy & John came down the back stairs each morning to make coffee. The note was spread out so all 3 pages would be seen, they wanted their money. The notepad was taken at the Xmas party on the 23rd. Meyer went over saying he was looking for the Barnhills worried about them ensuring he was let in. John took him to where they were sitting & he stayed. The Ramseys didn't even know who he was. JB was never to be taken from the basement. SBTC & Victory is about a plane. Joe Barnhill was a radial gunner in WW2 & flew on the SB2C, Two - T, so SBTC. That was a famous bomber plane & lauded for bringing the war to victory. Meyer had a poster of that plane on a wall in his room, Victory was on the side of the plane. There is a photo of Barnhill holding a framed picture of that plane. From the advanced forensics, the private investigators who never gave up & as happens with lots of crimes, people talk eventually & that’s why so much is now known Plus because the crime scene techs who did an excellent job & taking all the photos & videos & collecting all the DNA. The Ramseys never put one foot back in that house ever again from after JB was found & they left. The trauma was way too much, but if they Had been able to, this case would have been a Very different matter for all involved. The discoveries were everywhere if the family would have seen it all with very astute investigators. Thomas was only brought into the case 3 days after because the investigators present refused to target the Ramseys. He was an ex-narcotics officer who had Zero experience with Any murder before let alone a ransom, which was the first crime. He thought he would make a name for himself from this high profile crime. His partner was an auto-theft officer. The BPD spent their time covering up their total incompetence. They rarely had a murder & this was their first for '96. They refused help from the FBI & the CBI. They put about misinformation & leaked certain photos. That amount of money was near John's bonus for '95 & was paid to him in March '96. The amount was on his pay stubs each month of '96. The suitcase was already placed under the window & the window opened for the 2nd time after the cops left. Both done as subterfuge. Same with the fresh green leaves that were dumped at the grate & some 'caught' under it. Lou made a mistake about that window, that's all. It was never an entry point. Early that morning, 2 officers did not go in the train room door & so through to the windows & 2 failed to pull open that cellar door. There is soo much more to this case that the public don't know about. The type of air taser used has been identified. The burns on JBs back & face are from same taser. The 2nd point was under JB's ear. The burn on her face was bigger because the point was placed there more than once - control. Google the murder of Gerald Boggs ‘93 Colorado. His autopsy photo shows the Exact same burns on his face, the 2nd point was on his earlobe. Those tasers were widely used by drug dealers in the 90s. The big underpants JB was found in were put on her in the early hours. Patsy, her sister, their mother & JB went to New York Xmas shopping. Patsy bought her niece a pack of 7 underpants from Bloomingdales that were called Bloomies. They were size 12-14 & had the weekdays on the waistbands. Patsy also bought from there 2 special Barbie dolls for JB. One had her own pair of underpants also called Bloomies. JB begged her mother for the pack of 7 so she had some like her doll. Patsy gave in & they were put away for JB til she would fit into them, about 8 years away. They were put in the back of a drawer in JB's bathroom. When they got home JB went to see her dog at the Barnhills & told them about her special presents. Meyer was ever listening. JB was found in the ones that had Wednesday on the waistband. It was a Wednesday that year for Xmas Day. Access the photo of the paint tray on the carpet. Look to the left a bit at the tray & up a bit, you will see a drawing of a sinister smirking cat's face/head on the carpet, as on the note - fat cat. That was not a nightgown of JBs found in the cellar, it was a dress taken off her life-sized doll that was kept in the corner of her room, but found in the playroom standing at a window. That bowl (with pineapple) was used at the Xmas party on the 23rd & had the icing for the gingerbread houses that all the kids were given & they decorated themselves. That was a heavy bowl & that was icing not milk. There were No fingerprints on that bowl. That glass had a dried tea bag & no tea was made in that. That silver ladle in the bowl came from a cupboard near the spiral staircase & was from a boxed set of 2 that the Ramseys received as a wedding present & had never been opened. That was chosen & placed because of the filigree that was the same as the filigree on some of JB's crowns. The Ramseys were finally exonerated in 2008 due to All the evidence that showed someone was in the house, over 200 pieces of & the DNA cleared them plus lots of others then & since. It is 2021, all is known & 4 involved have been identified, 2 are dead. The BPD are holding things up

The Boulder PD took the note to the Secret Service & they also hired 2 Renowned private experts, all 4 said No Ramsey wrote the note. The Ramsey’s attorneys also hired 2 of the best in the country & both said the same. **From the 1st week of 1997 til 2007, DNA testing was done at 3 separate labs. Within the 1st Two Weeks, the results of DNA testing were back - from under JB’s fingernails - Unknown male DNA, mixed with JonBenet’s DNA. Steve Thomas & his cronies kept this vital result from the DA for 7 months. The same Steve Thomas who later went on to Pretend that he was lead detective & he still does. Two spots of blood were in the underpants but were Never tested. Steve Thomas constantly talked about the book he was going to write. It wasn’t until the grand jury were to convene that more DNA tests were ordered. The blood was JBs & Same unknown male DNA - saliva mixed in a spot of her blood in the underpants. This DNA from an unknown male wasn’t developed enough for CODIS at that stage. Desperate Thomas worked Very hard to keep the Fact that there was Unknown male DNA evidence, from the public’s consumption. The BPD were ‘leaking’ false & misleading information to the media & the frenzy continued. Eventually the BPD were made to Publicly apologise for doing this to the family but This Fact has been forgotten/not known about by the general public. The BPD’s cops Should have found JB early that morning, though a Search for her was never carried out as it was a Ransom note. Three officers were tasked with checking entry & exit points, yet failed to pull open the cellar door & go in there & they Failed to go through the train room door also, thinking it was a cupboard door, they by-passed it. The broken window was Not where the perps got in the house, but That is Not the point. Only America & one other country still has a stupid grand jury system. It is unfair, unjust & doesn't work. The jurors only hear from the prosecution, who get to pick & choose what evidence is presented & which witnesses appear. There is no judge, no defence lawyers & unless subpoenaed by the prosecution - No experts to rebut Whatever is presented. As a consequence, the jury vote on the side of the prosecution 98.6% of the time. And the BPD withheld a great deal of vital evidence. The vote was never for murder. John & Patsy never received subpoenas to appear & so they were prevented from testifying. They wrote to Governor Owens about this & he didn’t even reply. Unlike the jury, the general public & the media, the DA Saw all the evidence known about at that time as did Lou Smit, one of the best investigators in the country. Less than half the States, still have this abysmal grand jury system. The DNA alone Proved just how Wrong the jury Were. The investigators Present refused to target the Ramseys but Unfortunately Steve Thomas was brought into the case 3 days later & his goal was to make a name for himself. 18 months later he illegally took evidence material from the BPD, snuck off on a ruse & then resigned on national TV, an act that was unheard of in law enforcement history. Of course, that was his marketing Ploy for his book of BS, blaming Patsy because of a notepad & he commenced book tours. He was promptly sued for that book of lies, but soo many have forgotten about or don’t know about That, also. He garnered money from the public for his defence but come time for court, he refused to get on the stand to back his Story. The case was settled out of court & he lost every cent of the hundreds of thousands of dollars he made from that book. The investigation Continued with a bevy of actual Seasoned private investigators who had full integrity & worked tirelessly Unpaid to catch the highly sadistic killers of this child & at the same time, they hoped to save another. What guilty person, let alone Two, would subject themselves to soo many interviews with soo many reporters on national TV & for Years? NONE. The Ramseys continued that til Patsy died in 2006 & John continued the same & does to this day. Very few know about a libel case in 2003 - Wolfe vs Ramsey, where Federal Court Judge Carne got to go over the evidence known about at that stage. Carne declared the Ramseys factually innocent due to the 'Abundance of evidence that pointed to an intruder'. All can read that 93 page document online. She also had quite a bit to say about Steve Thomas in relation to his role as a police officer & about some of the BS in his book. She was particularly incensed about him stating a time of death for JB when he was not a doctor nor a pathologist. He did That to suit his own agenda & for that book, being for, his own financial gain. Carne was also quite scathing in relation to Cina Wong who tried to present evidence about that note when Wong had no qualifications to call herself a writing analyst let alone an expert & she never had the original copy of the note. Pages showing fake writing As If Patsy’s writing ‘samples’ & As If from police files, continue to appear on vids about this case. The pages are all Fake. Wong put out a video of course, showing a whiteboard with writing ‘samples’ As If Patsy’s, it’s all Fake. The public have Never seen Patsy’s writing. The Ramseys & Loads of others, including known pedos, were Cleared by the DNA a Long time ago. The DNA from unknown male was developed & has been in CODIS since 2003. The FBI’s national database only accepts Qualified DNA. Further testing in 2007 - Same unknown male DNA at 2 places on the waistband of the long-johns, on the inside & the outside there. The Ramseys were finally Exonerated publicly in 2008 due to All the evidence that Showed someone Was in the house, over 200 pieces of, Plus the DNA from the unknown male, that had also cleared John Mark Karr who said he did it. Next testing in 2016 with Advanced forensics - 2 male DNA on the long-johns, one is hispanic. The other is a white guy, Seen crossing the Ramsey’s backyard after they left for the White’s Xmas dinner. This was reported & newsworthy at the time. All the false & misleading information given to the media by the BPD did push this vital piece of Evidence under the rug. Then all the books of BS with all the versions of Whatever, took the case into a whole new level & the BS continues. James Kolar was in the office of the DA, Mary Lacy, for a very short time & was Fired. He also ran off to write His book of BS & blamed Burke because he needed new fodder. Hi Peter, I just watched your video. I also read Steve Thomas's book. I agree with everything you've said 100%. I remember being transfixed about this case when it happened. I remember feeling in my gut.. dad was sexually abusing her.. and mom found out, and began "hating" her. The BPD took the note to the Secret Service & they also hired 2 Renowned private experts, all 4 said No Ramsey wrote the note. The Ramsey’s attorneys also hired 2 of the best in the country & both said the same. **From the 1st week of 1997 til 2007, DNA testing was done at 3 separate labs. Within the 1st Two Weeks, the results of DNA testing were back - from under JB’s fingernails - unknown male DNA, mixed with JonBenet’s DNA. Steve Thomas & his cronies kept this vital result from the DA for 7 months. The same Steve Thomas who later went on to Pretend that he was lead detective & he still does. Two spots of blood were in the underpants but Never tested. Steve Thomas constantly talked about the book he was going to write. It wasn’t until the grand jury was to convene that more DNA tests were ordered. The blood was JBs & Same unknown male DNA - saliva mixed in a spot of her blood in the underpants. This DNA from an unknown male wasn’t developed enough for CODIS at that stage. The BPD were ‘leaking’ false & misleading information to the media & the frenzy continued. Eventually the BPD were made to Publicly apologise for doing this to the family but This Fact has been forgotten/not known about by the general public. The BPD, whose officers Should have found JB early that morning though a Search for her was never carried out as it was a Ransom note. Three officers were tasked with checking entry & exit points, yet failed to pull open the cellar door & go in there & they Failed to go through the train room door also, thinking it was a cupboard door, they by-passed it. The broken window was Not where the perps got in the house, but That is Not the point. Only America & one other country still has a stupid grand jury system. It is unfair, unjust & doesn't work. The jurors only hear from the prosecution, who get to pick & choose what evidence is presented & which witnesses appear. There is no judge, no defence lawyers & unless subpoenaed by the prosecution - No experts to rebut Whatever is presented. As a consequence, the jury vote on the side of the prosecution 98.6% of the time. And the BPD withheld a great deal of vital evidence. The vote was never for murder. John & Patsy never received subpoenas to appear & so they were prevented from testifying. They wrote to Governor Owens about this & he didn’t even reply. Unlike the jury, the general public & the media, the DA Saw all the evidence known about at that time as did Lou Smit, one of the best investigators in the country. Less than half the States, still have this abysmal grand jury system. The DNA alone Proved just how Wrong the jury Were. The investigators Present refused to target the Ramseys but Unfortunately Steve Thomas was brought into the case 3 days later & his goal was to make a name for himself. 18 months later he illegally took evidence material from the BPD & resigned on national TV, an act that was unheard of in law enforcement history. Of course, that was the precursor for his book of BS, blaming Patsy because of a notepad & he commenced book tours. He was promptly sued for that book of lies, but soo many have forgotten about or don’t know about That also. He garnered money from the public for his defence but come time for court, he refused to get on the stand to back his Story. The case was settled out of court & he lost every cent of the hundreds of thousands of dollars he made from that book. The investigation Continued along with a bevy of private investigators who had full integrity & worked tirelessly Unpaid to catch the highly sadistic killers of this child & at the same time, they hoped to save another. What guilty person, let alone Two, would subject themselves to soo many interviews with soo many reporters on national TV & for Years? NONE. The Ramseys continued that til Patsy died in 2006 & John continued the same & does to this day. Very few know about a libel case in 2003 - Wolfe vs Ramsey, where Federal Court Judge Carne got to go over the evidence known about at that stage. Carne declared the Ramseys factually innocent due to the 'Abundance of evidence that pointed to an intruder'. All can read that 93 page document online. She also had quite a bit to say about Steve Thomas in relation to his integrity as a police officer & all his BS in that book. She was particularly incensed about him stating a time of death for JB when he was not a doctor nor a pathologist. He did That to suit his own agenda & for that book, being for, his own financial gain. Carne was also quite scathing in relation to Cina Wong who tried to present evidence about that note when Wong had no qualifications to call herself a writing analyst let alone an expert & she never had the original copy of the note. Pages showing fake writing As If Patsy’s writing ‘samples’ & As If from police files, continue to appear on vids about this case. The pages are all Fake. Wong put out a video of course, showing a whiteboard with writing ‘samples’ As If Patsy’s, it’s all Fake. The public have Never seen Patsy’s writing. The Ramseys & Loads of others. who included known pedos, were Cleared by the DNA a Long time ago. The DNA from that unknown male was developed & has been in CODIS since 2003. The FBI’s national database only accepts Qualified DNA. Further testing in 2007 - Same unknown male DNA at 2 places on the waistband of the long-johns, on the inside & the outside there. The Ramseys were finally Exonerated publicly in 2008 due to All the evidence that Showed someone Was in the house, over 200 pieces of Plus the DNA from the unknown male, that had also cleared John Mark Karr who said he did it. The other is a white guy, Seen crossing the Ramsey’s backyard after they left for the White’s Xmas dinner. This was reported & newsworthy at the time. All the false & misleading information given to the media by the BPD did push This vital piece of Evidence under the rug. Then all the books of BS with all the versions of Whatever, took the case into a whole new level & the BS continues. James Kolar was in the office of the DA, Mary Lacy, for a very short time & was Fired. He also ran off to write His book of BS & blamed Burke because he needed new fodder. His ‘Story’ was so ludicrous, no publisher would touch it. He had to pay to self-publish & to very poor sales. He was & still is, just Another con artist & Proven Liar. I might be mistaken but, I seem to remember that when police interviewed Fleet White, he stated he was close enough when John found JonBenet to observe that John declared that he had found her just BEFORE he turned on the light. Mr White said he had even previously looked in the closet but, didn’t turn on the light or see JonBenet. Could she have been placed far enough inside the closet to be out of view when anyone opened the door to look in? Or maybe John asked Fleet White to look in the basement hoping he would be the one to find her and not John himself. And when White didn’t find her, John had to improvise so JonBenet would be found.

Firstly, this a##wipe has dubbed the storage Room a closet, for no other reason than to Con the public & make it appear as if the body was hidden away by a family member. Many refer to that room as the wine cellar, though it wasn't that either. The Ramseys kept the Xmas trees in there & some other items. The house was from the 1920s & that room used to be a coal cellar, that's why it had no window then later it was cement rendered floor to ceiling. The light switch for the cellar was at an odd place. One had to step inside & take x steps to the left, about half way in, the light switch fixture was on the other side of the beam to the left. Because John knew Where that was, when he got there, the body wrapped in 2 white blankets was basically in front of him. Because he had stepped inside, he was out of the doorway & the basement lights shone through. A test was carried out & it was Proven that John could see. Also, there was a light switch for the section leading to that door, so another light source. Fleet stood at the door when still dark very early that morning, couldn't find the light switch & walked away. John did Not ask Fleet to look anywhere, it was a Ransom note, why would he even Do that? Nobody knew that Fleet had even gone down the basement that morning & this is part why he was a suspect & questioned by the cops 17 times. 3 cops at 3 different times went down there early that morning, 2 were checking entry & exit points, one was taking photos. None of them pulled open that door & none of them opened the train room door, that led to the windows where one was broken. The cops have Always kept that Fact hidden from the public. That window is Not where the perps got in the house but that is Not the point. The cops didn't know about the broken window til they went back that evening, that's Why the 'famous' photo of the open window & the suitcase there was taken in the Night. If you’re serious about getting to the truth rather than proving a point, start at the beginning. Listen and take notes from the 911 call. What would you say? What have parents of kidnapped children said? Next, listen to their statements for yourself. Consider the behavioral analysis-consistent w parents trying to find the killer? Consider the “unknown DNA” and the congratulatory pressers by elected officials. What if the DNA is from a china factory worker? Even Heritage DNA can give a profile for $79. This would tell us the background of the “unknown” DNA. Go into the case and let the parents’ words guide you. Be aware of your emotions all along the way.

Kathy O'Rourke Another weird thing is that the friend, Fleet White, had already checked the same room at around 6:15 that morning, but saw nothing that looked like a body covered by a blanket. John Ramsey claimed that JonBenet's covered body was visible from the open doorway, prior to him turning on the light. So the question is, was the body in the wine cellar room when Fleet White checked, but he simply didn't see it? Or was he lying? Or did John Ramsey move the body there when he inexplicably "disappeared" for over an hour that morning?

Tina Bean I’ve known a few people over the years who discovered a loved one deceased... all three said they knew immediately they were dead. You may expect someone to react a certain way but all people are different and more importantly... have you found your child dead? I hope not, how awful. Now imagine going through that and people whether friends or strangers judged your reaction as insincere, fake or just not normal!!! These were normal loving parents without a single blemish of a record. No skeletons slipping out of a closet. They weren’t found guilty by law and honestly I find it much more likely that some sick twist tortured and murdered her rather than any scenario in which either parent would have done what was done to that little girl.

The BPD took the note to the Secret Service & they also hired 2 Renowned private experts, all 4 said No Ramsey wrote the note. The Ramsey’s attorneys also hired 2 of the best in the country & both said the same. **From the 1st week of 1997 til 2007, DNA testing was done at 3 separate labs. Within the 1st Two Weeks, the results of DNA testing were back - from under JB’s fingernails - unknown male DNA, mixed with JonBenet’s DNA. Steve Thomas & his cronies kept this vital result from the DA for 7 months. The same Steve Thomas who later went on to Pretend that he was lead detective & he still does. Two spots of blood were in the underpants but Never tested. Steve Thomas constantly talked about the book he was going to write. It wasn’t until the grand jury was to convene that more DNA tests were ordered. The blood was JBs & Same unknown male DNA - saliva mixed in a spot of her blood in the underpants. This DNA from an unknown male wasn’t developed enough for CODIS at that stage. The BPD were ‘leaking’ false & misleading information to the media & the frenzy continued. Eventually the BPD were made to Publicly apologise for doing this to the family but This Fact has been forgotten/not known about by the general public. The BPD, whose officers Should have found JB early that morning though a Search for her was never carried out as it was a Ransom note. Three officers were tasked with checking entry & exit points, yet failed to pull open the cellar door & go in there & they Failed to go through the train room door also, thinking it was a cupboard door, they by-passed it. The broken window was Not where the perps got in the house, but That is Not the point. Only America & one other country still has a stupid grand jury system. It is unfair, unjust & doesn't work. The jurors only hear from the prosecution, who get to pick & choose what evidence is presented & which witnesses appear. There is no judge, no defence lawyers & unless subpoenaed by the prosecution - No experts to rebut Whatever is presented. As a consequence, the jury vote on the side of the prosecution 98.6% of the time. And the BPD withheld a great deal of vital evidence. The vote was never for murder. John & Patsy never received subpoenas to appear & so they were prevented from testifying. They wrote to Governor Owens about this & he didn’t even reply. Unlike the jury, the general public & the media, the DA Saw all the evidence known about at that time as did Lou Smit, one of the best investigators in the country. Less than half the States, still have this abysmal grand jury system. The DNA alone Proved just how Wrong the jury Were. The investigators Present refused to target the Ramseys but Unfortunately Steve Thomas was brought into the case 3 days later & his goal was to make a name for himself. 18 months later he illegally took evidence material from the BPD & resigned on national TV, an act that was unheard of in law enforcement history. Of course, that was the precursor for his book of BS, blaming Patsy because of a notepad & he commenced book tours. He was promptly sued for that book of lies, but soo many have forgotten about or don’t know about That also. He garnered money from the public for his defence but come time for court, he refused to get on the stand to back his Story. The case was settled out of court & he lost every cent of the hundreds of thousands of dollars he made from that book. The investigation Continued along with a bevy of private investigators who had full integrity & worked tirelessly Unpaid to catch the highly sadistic killers of this child & at the same time, they hoped to save another. What guilty person, let alone Two, would subject themselves to soo many interviews with soo many reporters on national TV & for Years? NONE. The Ramseys continued that til Patsy died in 2006 & John continued the same & does to this day. Very few know about a libel case in 2003 - Wolfe vs Ramsey, where Federal Court Judge Carne got to go over the evidence known about at that stage. Carne declared the Ramseys factually innocent due to the 'Abundance of evidence that pointed to an intruder'. All can read that 93 page document online. She also had quite a bit to say about Steve Thomas in relation to his integrity as a police officer & all his BS in that book. She was particularly incensed about him stating a time of death for JB when he was not a doctor nor a pathologist. He did That to suit his own agenda & for that book, being for, his own financial gain. Carne was also quite scathing in relation to Cina Wong who tried to present evidence about that note when Wong had no qualifications to call herself a writing analyst let alone an expert & she never had the original copy of the note. Pages showing fake writing As If Patsy’s writing ‘samples’ & As If from police files, continue to appear on vids about this case. The pages are all Fake. Wong put out a video of course, showing a whiteboard with writing ‘samples’ As If Patsy’s, it’s all Fake. The public have Never seen Patsy’s writing. Here are a few FACTS for you - I know how you hate the truth 'Beth', but it will do you a power of good to see it in black and white and know that intelligent people see right through John and the late Patsy Ramsey's intruder fiction and know they conspired to cover up the truth of Jonbenet's tragic fate at their hands. 1/ There was no intruder at the Ramsey home on 25th/26th December 1996, the night of Jonbenet's killing and sexual assault. She was sexually assaulted and killed at the hands of a family member - her father John. 2/ The kidnapper story was a fiction cooked up by John and Patsy Ramsey to hide their involvement in their daughter Jonbenet's death and sexual abuse. As has now been firmly established by multiple handwriting experts, Patsy wrote out the ludicrous, 'War & Peace' length ransom letter. A staggering, over 200 similarities were identified between the ransom note and Patsy's handwriting, and the similarities are far too close to dismiss. The two-and-a-half-page letter was dictated to her by John, using quotes from his favourite macho movies including 'Dirty Harry', 'Speed' and 'Ransom'. 3/ Despite John and Patsy's emphatic denials, there's no question Jonbenet Ramsey was subjected to CHRONIC, LONG-TERM SEXUAL ABUSE. That was proven by the extreme and unambiguous injuries to her genitals and hymen, identified at autopsy - LINK to details of Jonbenet's sexual abuse: jonbenetramsey.shoutwiki.com/wiki/Sexual_Assault No less than seven experts in the field of child sex abuse studied the full autopsy report and photographs of Jonbenet's intimate injuries, and all independently agreed she was the victim of extreme, serial child sex abuse. To put it bluntly, she was used as a masturbatory aid, as confirmed by the fact forensic experts found the lower half of her body and pubic area had been wiped down after death (no prizes for guessing why, or by whom - an intruder/stranger would have no reason to bother cleaning up such evidence). The Ramseys bizarrely denied Jonbenet was ever sexually assaulted, not even by the supposed 'intruder' on the night of her death (a fact proven by the wooden/cellulose material found internally, from penetration with the paintbrush handle). John and Patsy were of course terrified of the truth about his serial child sex abuse of their child getting out, and that is the reason they went to the lengths of inventing the kidnapper/intruder story complete with crazy ransom letter. If top businessman, respectable, church-going pillar of the community John Ramsey's disgusting child sex abuse was ever revealed to the world, he and Patsy would literally lose everything - their reputations, family, marriage, home, fortune, and of course, their liberty. Patsy was a survivor - she chose to maintain what she could of her privileged life, over justice for her daughter. She simply could not face fighting cancer and raising Burke alone, her name and image in tatters, and her husband a disgraced child killer, in prison for life. Besides, Patsy partly blamed herself for Jonbenet's 'accidental' death. The couple's sex life had ceased due to Patsy's invasive medical treatment for ovarian cancer, and John exploited his enforced celibacy as an excuse to use their little girl as a 'sex surrogate'. But on that terrible night, his sadistic sexual abuse with an elaborately fashioned, home made garrote went too far, and he unintentionally killed her. They had to do everything in their power to hide his child sexual abuse!, or face total ruin! Their answer was to blame an imaginary intruder - for whom no evidence was ever found. In desperation, John and Patsy even enlisted their family doctor to 'confirm' to the media Jonbenet was not sexually abused. At first the medic complied, but once he saw the expert findings that she had suffered chronic, long-term sexual abuse, and realised he had never once given the child an internal examination, he stopped commenting on the subject for fear of damaging his professional reputation. As one medical consultant who examined Jonbenet's injuries identified, her vaginal opening was twice the normal size for a six year old. He further commented that when she was alive, "...had she been taken to a hospital's emergency room and doctors had seen the genital evidence, her father would have been arrested". 4/ The Ramseys were NEVER exonerated, that is another outright lie! On the contrary, a grand jury of eight women and four men spent over a year considering all the evidence (including a video made especially for them by Ramsey pal retired cop Lou Smit, desperate to persuade them of the crazy 'intruder' fraud), and they voted unanimously to indict John and Patsy Ramsay on identical charges ruling them culpable in Jonbenet's murder (John and Patsy were ruled culpable for child abuse and as accessories to first degree murder. As Peter Hyatt explains in this video, the then DA Alex Hunter slyly dismissed the grand jury's ruling to indict, personally stepped in and blocked the Ramseys' prosecution. Hunter then made a carefully worded statement deliberately hiding the jury's ruling to indict the Ramseys, and instead giving the totally false impression they had no case to answer. His conduct was unprofessional and downright dishonest. Hunter knew the grand jury were sworn to secrecy, and could not publicly contradict his lies about the fact they'd indicted the Ramseys - but one juror was so livid at Hunter's deception he did just that. Outrageously, the full indictment document STILL hasn't been released into the public domain, so the public is still in the dark about the grand jury's view of exactly what happened to Jonbenet. Alex Hunter's successor Mary Lacy was equally corrupt, writing the unprecedented 'letter of exoneration/apology' to the Ramseys based on false science/a deliberate misinterpretation of the DNA evidence. The DNA evidence certainly does not exonerate any of the Ramseys - it is poor quality, incomplete 'touch' DNA from multiple sources, and cannot possibly rule them out as Jonbenet's killer. The only way to exonerate a suspect, is to find a better one! But no evidence has ever been found that an intruder entered the Ramsey home that night. If Jonbenet had been carried from her bed, undressed then re-dressed in different clothes, sexually assaulted and strangled by a third party, he would have left a full DNA profile on her body/clothing, and somewhere else in the house. But needless to say, no such DNA profile exists! As subsequent DAs have made clear, Mary Lacy's ridiculous apology letter to the Ramseys is not legally binding, can never be used in their defence in a court of law, and frankly isn't worth the paper it's written on. They remain the prime suspects in their daughter's violent, sexually motivated death. That John and Patsy Ramsey have been protected from consequences by the establishment since the moment their child was found strangled to death and sexually assaulted under their roof and their care, is nothing short of an outrage. Had they been an ordinary, working couple, you can be sure they would have been immediately arrested and charged. But because they were a wealthy influential VIP status couple, they were able to dodge even giving police a formal interview for a staggering 18 months! 5/ Every year that passes, John Ramsey's guilt becomes more and more clear. If you were innocent and your child was brutally murdered in your home, wouldn't you fall over yourself to help the police, not hide from them? The Ramsey's conduct screamed guilt from day one - and it still does. They didn't cooperate with detectives, they hired expensive lawyers, hopped on a private plane and never came back to Boulder! They worked so hard to evade police questioning, they managed to dodge it for 18 months, by which time, the couple had had time to rehearse their twin stories - but still slipped up and accidentally contradicted each other. John Ramsey's latest move, a petition calling for the DNA on Jonbenet's pyjama bottoms and panties to be re-examined by a forensics lab, is a cynical self promotion. He knows as well as any intelligent person the DNA in this case is far too weak to identify any individual - not even the Chinese factory worker who fleetingly touched the knickers when he packed them into a box in Beijing. John Ramsey is campaigning for the DNA to be looked at again precisely because he knows it won't 'unmask the killer'. John Ramsey has already 'unmasked' the killer - he sees him every morning in his shaving mirror. The biggest, 'smoking gun' clue in this infamous child murder is not the DNA at all, but the Ramseys' outrageous fake ransom letter. That ridiculous ransom note is the huge clue that will crack this case - and it points straight to John and Patsy Ramsey. I laughed my ass off when i watched the doctor phil show about this case and he, who is in every second show stressing that he is specialised in lie detection, tried to convince the audience that the ramseys were innocent and the police simply bungled the case and had prejudice against this nice rich family! In 1999 the District Attorney Alex Hunter slyly gave a carefully worded statement, saying the Ramseys would not be indicted - without mentioning that the grand jury had unanimously voted that they should be! He deliberately gave the false impression John and Patsy Ramsey had no case to answer - which was the very opposite of the truth. The eight women and four men of the jury were understandably angry at being asked to spend a year considering the evidence, then having their judgement dismissed by Hunter. But of course they were sworn to secrecy on the case and their deliberations during it, so they were helpless to protest at Hunter's actions in shutting down the Ramseys' prosecution. In later years one male juror broke ranks and spoke to a reporter on condition he was not identified. And after a successful 'Freedom of Information' request by a journalist which exposed the fact the Ramseys were indicted, that jury member went fully public with his face and name, and spoke more candidly on a TV documentary. But the full document explaining the grand jury's decision to indict the couple on the specific charges they did has not been released - only a heavily redacted version of it. So while we know the grand jury rejected the intruder theory, we don't know what they believe happened that night at the Ramsey home. They didn't vote to indict John and Patsy Ramsey for murder, but instead on identical charges of child abuse, and of accessory to first degree murder. I believe 26 years later, it's high time the public was told the full details of the evidence presented to the grand jury, and their reasons for indicting the Ramseys, out of respect for that little girl who never got justice. One thing is certain - if the Ramseys had been ordinary, working class people whose little girl was found dead in their home in identical circumstances, they would have been arrested within 24 hours and charged with her murder within 48!

The media went into a frenzy because the body was found in the house & they considered that to have been on Arndt's watch. She arrived at 8.10 a.m. with detective Patterson In Fact. It was actually Her who moved the body to the living room. Eight cops & detectives arrived at various times that morning, Nobody was looking for JB, it was a Ransom Note. It was the Cops who should have found JB early that morning, Not her poor father that afternoon. The BPD then went into damage control to save their Own asses & so the BS began. Arndt was put on desk duties, didn’t like what was going on in the office & was gone by May. Her next job was as a tree lopper. Many today still believe that Arndt was the only officer at the house all day when That is not true either, she was on her own from 10.30 a.m. Next - she had great acting lessons for that Performance on national TV because she was after a book deal Too. Next - she tried to sue the BPD for Money, but lost the case. Her report to the BPD was in the public domain & so, she was Caught as a Liar & later retracted all she said in that abysmal interview. Somewhere along the line she had Regret at least & when Patsy was dying, Arndt went to see her & apologised for all she had said for the TV audience & vowed to help find the killer. BTW - Lying loon Arndt knew Full Well the note said Tomorrow but deliberately didn’t mention That in her interview on TV. The Ramseys gave the cops free reign to their house from the minute officer French walked in the door just before 6 a.m. because they had Nothing To Hide. They spoke to the cops & detectives in total, for Hours that morning & after JB was found. Burke was interviewed when still at the Whites at 2 p.m. by detective Patterson, Neither parent was present, nor did they know that was happening. John spoke with the Ds that night, Patsy was bedridden by then. Arndt asked John for them to go to the PD on the 28th. The Ramseys had already witnessed how inept the cops Were & John hired a private investigator straight away. All Ramseys gave the required samples & John spoke to the Ds for 2 hours again that day. He asked Eller to speak to Patsy at the house where they were staying because she was so ill & medicated, Eller refused to do that. Steve Thomas was brought in because the Present investigators refused to target the Ramseys. Thomas had Zero experience with Any murder case before & thought he would make a name for himself from this high profile crime & later dubbed himself as lead detective when he was Not. His partner was an auto-theft officer. The BPD rarely had a murder & this was the first for '96. The next 2 up the ladder had No experience with homicide Either. The BPD refused help from the FBI, the CBI & the Denver PD. The present investigators had no concerns about deception but Then the body was found in the house when the Cops should have found her early that morning & the BPD went into damage control & so, the BS Began. False & misleading information was already being leaked to the media. The Ramseys were told they were being targeted & advised to get lawyers. Very sound advice & the Right of All citizens. The talk was through the lawyers then, That's how it Goes. John went on to hire 3 more private investigators. What guilty person, let alone Two, would subject themselves to soo many interviews with soo many reporters on national TV & for Years? NONE. And John continued that after Patsy died. He & John Andrew continue Still. The general public know Nothing about this crime & know nothing True about this case. Most don't even Know what Actually happened to JB. The Ramseys were Proven Innocent a long time ago, it is way over time to leave the family In Peace. Patsy liked to wear red for Xmas & had bought a new red sweater that had baubles on it. She wore that to the White’s Xmas dinner & a pair of black pants. On the 26th, they were to meet John Andrew, Melinda & her boyfriend at Minneapolis airport & all flying on to their Charlevoix house for a 2nd Xmas gift-giving. No doubt Patsy wanted to show off her Xmassy sweater again. On the morning of the 26th, she threw that on with the same pants, re-did her make-up & was ready to go when she went down the stairs. She planned on having a bath when they got to their holiday house, after the long flight. Patsy was using the Wall phone that was near the kitchen. In the Real recording of that call, Patsy hanging up the handset on the cradle is Clearly heard - CLICK. IF the cops Actually had Any Ramseys in the background because Patsy didn’t hang up, the recording would have been played til the end & all would have heard CLICK. And, Steve Thomas refused to have that call forensically sound tested. Funny that. It was before 6 a.m., pitch dark outside, no-one around & they were terrified. Who would know how long the cops would take to get there. After that Desperate 911 call, Patsy called the Whites, the Fernies - for Help. Mrs Stine too but she couldn’t come. John Fernie later called their pastor for prayers & comfort, it was going to be a long wait, the note said Tomorrow. The cops called 2 victim’s advocates to come. 8 cops & detectives arrived at various times that morning, Nobody was looking for JB, it was a Ransom note. John did Not go straight to the cellar. He & Fleet White were checking out the broken window, looking for any glass at all. They had checked the 2 cupboards in that co-joined room first. The cellar was the next room at that end of the basement, that’s all. John had Presumed the cops down the basement that morning had checked out that broken window early that morning. He was to find out later that the cops hadn't gone through the train room door & so to those windows. The cops didn't know about that broken window til they went back that evening. That's Why the 'famous' photo of the open window was taken in the Night. The cops have always kept That info Hidden from the public As Well The same cops, also failed to flip the latch down on the top of door jamb of the cellar door & pull that door open, they just walked away. Officer Veitch went around the exterior when still dark that morning with his flashlight, he failed to see those same windows that could be accessed under the grate. Reichenbach went around the exterior also, he too failed to see those windows. He reported to the 2 detectives, when all 3 were sitting in the car at the supermarket carpark, that there was no forced entry yet he hadn’t checked the Double door near the kitchen either. That broken window is Not where the perps got into the house, but That is Not the point. Steve Thomas & the other keystone cops continually said that John had lied about getting in that window when he locked himself out of the house in the summer, even though the housekeeper had vacuumed up the broken glass there 2 times. Thomas nor any other cop Ever tried to climb in there. Down the track, it took Lou Smit to Demonstrate, that John Could fit through there & so what he said about that was Also True. There were Fresh green leaves dumped at that grate & some ‘caught’ under the edge of it that was farthest from the window side, as If someone had lifted the grate & then when putting it back down, leaves were caught under there. Thomas the Twit said in his book of BS, that the greenery was Foliage & what was Under the Edge of the grate that Sat on the brickwork, had Grown Under It. Jeeez. One just needs to see the crime scene Photos taken of that area & all around the exterior, to See that there is No Other Leaves Or ‘Foliage’, let alone Green & the gardener had been recently & everything was Clear & Cleaned Up. That will give the people some idea of the level of the Intellect of just one of the so-called ‘investigators’ on this case

Three officers were tasked with checking entry & exit points, yet failed to pull open the cellar door & go in there & they Failed to go through the train room door also, thinking it was a cupboard door, they by-passed it. Listening to what you're saying, it reminds me of comments that were made concerning the death of Reeva by Oscar Pistorus and the death of Warriena by the acquitted Gable Tostee. Both cases show this detached passivity you speak about. If you ever get the chance to listen to the interview and the audio of Gable Tostee, it is the most dramatic example of what detachment I've ever heard. How he was found innocent is beyond me. I'd love to hear what you have to say on these cases.

Finally! I always wanted to know what an expert like you thinks about this case. Initially, I noticed eerie similarities between this case and the disappearance of Madeleine McCann. What you describe forgets to incorporate important Details. We know that Jonbenet was suffocated with a garrote. And that her skull was crushed. Do you want to say the boy crushed her skull and than the parents finished her off with the garrote? That's insane. If the boy would have hit her, the parents would have called a ambulance. They could have afforded the most expensive treatmant.

If you really want to see something strange, watch the reaction of Burke Ramsey when he is asked what a picture depicts. The picture clearly shows a bowl of pineapples with milk. But Burke keeps starring at it, and desperately thinks what he should say now. Very strange. We all know the pineapples are important. Because nobody knows till today who served this bowl. Pattsy claimed to have no knowledge about the pineapples.
