Chris--Please come back. I know these 5-10K views are killing you, but you and Glory Allan were inspirational. I'm a super novice, rank beginner. My girlfriend has a horse (Cold Hard Cash-aka Cash) and the horse's boot velcro was tearing off. It's only neoprene with velcro. I thought--I could fix these with a sewing machine. Now I have one and a serger and I'm going to town. Then I visited KZbin University here and found you. I have watched all of your vids from beginning to end and now I see the end is near and it makes me sad. You've helped me start and continue my journey because you said, "Just start." So I did. Love your channel, but I hope you're doing exactly what you want to do. Thanks for everything.

I’m sooooo trying your method. I tried doing a shirt for my dog but I definitely used the wrong stitch. Now I’ll try the zig zag. I don’t have a surger but I’ll give it a shot.

Hello. I love your videos and you're an excellent teacher. But I don't care about what you do if you keep TALKING. With your voice you can talk about anything, that being said, I just press the play and get my naps listening to you 😅❤❤❤❤ Thank you so much. All my love from Brazil 😘

Hi! I am wondering, if the pattern states that you need 1 ⁵/⁸ yd. Of fabric, is that taking into consideration directional fabric or is that what you would need regardless? Thanks so much! I sewed for years before having kids. And now my daughter wants me to teach her. This was great for a refresher on patterns.

Thank you so much for this video. I decided to use bias tape on a puff quilt I made and was so worried I would mess it up. Your video was so easy to follow and my quilt turned out perfectly

Ur better off not cutting the patterns out with the fabric folded. Not only does that add extra, albeit small, material/width, it twists the weave crooked and the shirt doesn't sit right or straight. Lay the fabric 1 layer and u won't get warped clothes. 😉 😊

I’ve been sewing for 60 years and you taught me new things today thank you so much. It’s nice to see a man sewing instead of just women My uncle made the kilts for Queen Elizabeth Scottish coronation so in our family all of the men as well as a woman were taught to sew & tailor.

Thank you so much for showing the part of the zipper being folded down. I've watched so many videos and no one tells us this part. I think they think we should know, but being a newbie, I'm clueless.

Hi, thank you for the video. Can you elaborate more at 18:12 in, with sewing through the adjustable handle on the bag. Is it the only time perhaps in all your projects that the ST150HDH struggles and breaks needles (8 layers denim/duck/interfacing)? Thanks.

I'm a first time follower and I've never tried to make clothing from a pattern, so I'm listening intently to your words. I'm about to buy a sewing machine and will attempt a simple dress (it is labelled easy). So far noted all you've said and will watch the next one to see how you assemble it all together.

Ok I was given a brother 1034d I rethreaded as you instructed and when to do a practice run like you did all I get straight thread. No looping of any kind do you have a video for that problem?
