This is so perfect for me to do periodically throughout each day when I need to take a break from long sitting or standing. I could really feel my blood flowing, and my legs strengthening. I could also detect where I need a bit more strengthening. Thank you so much, Imi, for everything, always❣🥰

Hi Imi! I started this the wk of Thanksgiving (U.S.), & do notice a "stretch" when I lean forward. I'd done the horse stance & the rotating arms for wks b4 & didn't think it did any good. Thanks for this! I am curious "why" you rotate your arms while fisting your hands. Would it better to have the hands open, as it would make for better blood flow to the fingers? If you could elaborate on "why" it's best to use fists, that'd be great. Many thanks, Imi! I am devoted to your channel & all the exercises you promote. Thank you! :-)
