If this is hard for more elderly or obese folks sitting and raising your heals is a good way to start strengthening your feet and calves. The other benefits are the same. Add weight on your knees to build muscle up once you’re strong enough and work up to doing it standing up. Thank you Imi!

Serdeczne podziękowania za wartościowe porady! Właśnie zaczęłam ćwiczyć to ćwiczenie/( i inne też) w związku ze zmianami w stopach, wynikającymi podobno z wieku. Odczuwam wyraźną poprawę w stopach i łydkach. Pozdrawiam ☀️🌿🌹
