I tried it today and I liked it! I’m 72 y.o., diabetic with low energy, so your workouts are perfect for me. I also do the arm swinging, it lowers my blood sugar, thank you! ❤

It opens up so many tight muscles - feeling so relaxed after doing it . I can feel it really improves circulation and removes energy blocks . So many diseases caused by trapped energy. Thank you so so munch for all your wonderful videos .

Tried this today. It was very good and relaxing, I have a lot of tightness in my muscles, so hopefully, more consistent, I am in doing this exercise, and the tension will start to ease. Day 1 done Day 2 done Day 3 done Day 4 done

Hi Imi. I'm do exercise with your videos almost everyday. I think the movement ypu teaches us is very soothing and relaxing. However, the background music sometimes is too upbeat and not soothing at all, some song lyrics even makes me cringe 😅 I hope your music choice is matching more with your videos. Love you Imi.
