Hi I have L4 and L5 surgery six months ago can I do your 1st stretch exercise for my tightness in my knee? thanks

Hey! First thing is being cleared by your doc. Assuming you are, I would try the exercise GENTLY, and see how you feel. Keep me posted :)

I have an inner knee pain and I tried the movement and it felt pretty good 😊. I often should I do this ?

How often should I dothis
@drewvanzee306319 сағат бұрын
It really depends on what your body needs. If the exercise is helpful, you can try it a few times a day every day for a week and see how ya feel

I have been looking at your videos time to time and just found this one on eye exercises. Followed your steps and i can't believe that I feel way less pain in my knee. I did the exercise in bed with feeling knee pain and didn't even stand up straight because i as so tired from work. I thought that by not doing it correctly (standing or sitting up straight) would not work. Well it did. All I have to do now is go for a walk to see how it feels when walking. Thank you so much

how is the effect holding up, if I may ask?
@drewvanzee3063Күн бұрын
@@lisbethsalander1723 If I can add, how often do you brush your teeth? You do so on a daily basis, to be proactive against tooth decay right? When it comes to our knees, it’s the same thing. We have to do these exercises (or others) every day to reduce the paina nd make sure it doesn’t come back. Hope that helps put it in perspective
@lisbethsalander1723Күн бұрын
@@drewvanzee3063 I know that and am doing those daily - simply asked for an estimated time to see a sustained difference. My question remains unanswered. That's okay. But getting a lecture like a toddler is not okay. Not subscribing.
@drewvanzee3063Күн бұрын
@@lisbethsalander1723 I’m sorry my response came off as a lecture. To see a sustained difference it really just depends on the person. For some people they can do it a few times and fix their problem. For others it’s one tool amongst others to repeat often to achieve lasting results.

Thanks for the videos. Apparently I do not have bone on bone problems, so will try to get an MRI. Much appreciated though.
@drewvanzee30638 күн бұрын
Sure thing. Even though you may not have bone on bone, these exercises still could be very helpful, so i’d still encourage you to try them :)

I just found out I have a L-4 brake and 5 herniated disc's , from radiation and chemo due to anal cancer. Will this exercise help me? 😁
@drewvanzee30632 ай бұрын
Sorry to hear t hat. I also had cancer when i was 22. Movement is a critical piece to being pain-free, however it’s just one of many things that can contribute to pain. Give the exercise a try, and see how you feel afterwards :)

Get some castor oil on that bunion. Make a poultice and sleep with it on for at least three months. Castor oil absorbs in the skin and will break down the bunion. Rub some on your belly button too, that's where your life started. ❤
