Hi, shrinkage is 17 % , it means out of 100 % , 87% time agents are productive and 13% non productive

Thanks, it is the workload which we get to handle emails If you add 5 agents in training, then it will be in training headcount till the time they reach in production

Logged in time is like total staff time which includes break, meal, etc and productive time only includes time when agents are assisting customers and sitting on idle mode

Hi, suppose 100 hours we have 100% occupancy but we cannot have planning on 100% occupancy, need to ensure agents are not overworked so apply 80-85% occupancy If we are applying occupancy of 80-85% , then workable hours would be increased as compared to 100% occupancy

To calculate adherence in break and lunch would be If total break time is 1 hour and one agent has taken break for 1.30 hours so adherence in break would be 1 / 1.30 hours Same way we can calculate for full day and all agents

Hi, for YTD, we need to use Dec month HC which would be opening HC for Jan month If you do not have Dec month HC, then need to use Jan HC data
