This is a beautiful stitch, as is the yarn. It has given me an idea for a Christmas gift. I know this is an old video, but thank you for the tutorial 😊🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

Are you weaving the previous color thread under the stitches? And are you doing 1 row of a different color or two?

Thank you!! I am new to crocheting and am making my first project (a halter top) and near the end I was starting to think I'd never actually wear it as I have a botched side rib tattoo that I don't like showing. Luckily I came across this video and was able to alter the pattern to give some more coverage and now I'm sure it will be my new favorite top!

I had to find a video that held a hook like I do, trying to watch someone do this stitch using a knife hold is annoying and difficult to follow. This is a nice tutorial for this stitch. Should be easy but for some reason I was making it more difficult than it should be.
